I got this company for my wireless internet, It worked fine for 2 months and started having very slow signal to no internet at all. I called to cancel the service they told me that everything was fine and just return the modem. I did returned the modem through usps i got the tracking number ok . But surprised I got charged for to 2 months $60 and got an email says that if don't return the modem Ill get charge $300 more I called and they told me that the agent forgot to cancel the service and they couldn't do nothing. They rip me off with $ 100 dollars just refund me $20 People be careful with this company. read more

Went to this location as required by the app to make a cash payment. Arrived and was greeted by Seriana who said they "don't do cash payments at this location" and "payments need to be done online or over the phone with financial department". I showed her the app where it said I needed to go in person and this location is the correct and nearest location. She reiterated that payments cannot be made there. I went home and called Verizon and the Verizon rep called the store directly and confirmed cash payments *can* be made at that location, at the kiosk. read more

Dear Verizon The way that our cancelation from your services has been handled is atrocious. The way that workers have talked down to me and offered little in store assistance show why everyone is leaving your services. I was told that for my phone to be unlocked and switched over I had to pay off the final bill. I had been told that multiple times but no one was able to give me a direct answer on how to do so. When i asked an employee how they laughed and said do you know what a credit card is? I have patience but after 2 weeks of being told to go into a store and then being told Oh we can't help you need to call, to then being told go back into the store for help. My husband & I have been on Verizon for years, but finally decided to leave and switch carriers due to very poor customer service. We have been to this store location multiple times for help with our phones and they NEVER have helped us at all. All they do is direct us to calling the 1-800 number. The staff has also always been rude and passive aggressive to us when we just want help with our phones. Probably need a change of management at this store. HIGHLY recommend trying other carriers & avoiding Verizon completely. read more

As with other recent reviewers, if I could give this particular Verizon store a zero, I would. The staff is horrible. I was a walk in. However, I came to this store because 2 phone Verizon people told me to go in and one of the online chat people said to, that the in person could help me better. They were all wrong and I wasted 2 hrs of my life that I cannot get back. Check-in was fine and there were 4 people ahead of me. That was an hour wait to get to me. Normally I remember people's names as 3 people in store dealt with me and 2 people on the phone. Sad, 5 Verizon people could not resolve my issue that the prior day's Verizon chat person created. I really wish I could remember the guy's name (white with dark hair probably in his 20s) as he is part of the sales team but has very poor listening skills. He kept saying he could not help me and he wasn't trained to help me with my issue. That wasn't problem but that he must not have been trained to find the right person to help me (this should not be something you need to be trained to do). It's just sheer laziness. I can't help you because I'm not trained. Oh well. You're on your own to figure it out. He had me call Customer Care from my cell (a new phone). That Customer Care person was useless too, telling me that he'd been at that job for 5 yrs and there is no way to correct my problem (which a Verizon person did) and I had to wait 30 days. Called him out on this as the person that created the problem was the 2nd person in 2 days to do something in the area of screwing up my billing. I asked to speak with a the store's manager (Hailey) and she had her sales rep call again and I got a woman who was equally as useless. I have 6 lines with Verizon. Been a customer for 28 yrs. Perfect payment history. Verizon has been a great company for me up until the past 4 days. 1 store (3 people, 2 phone reps), at home (3 phone reps, 5 online chat people) = 13 Verizon people. My request, on my Next Billing Estimate, have the proper names for each of my 6 lines. These are NOT the Nicknames for the devices as the Nicknames do not talk to the Billing lines. With 6 lines, it is easy to confuse which line is what. The online chat rep screwed this up and named them all the same line as well as changed ownership of my account to my son (I did not authorize, but the Verizon chat rep did this). Anyway, after I left the store being in there 2 hrs, only 1 of my 2 issues resolved (and the 1 issue the 1st phone person I talked with, he said he could not change ownership of my account back to me, when I got upset as I said a Verizon rep changed ownership without my permission. I am the only one that has all the information for our accts, and not my son. He insisted that he had my son's SSN. I said my son never gave his SSN, and he doesn't know how to access any of the information. The past 4 days of dealing with Verizon, that all but 1 of the 13 people I have dealt with, are really incompetent, lazy, don't listen to the customer is absolutely awful. It seems like Verizon has now become like all the other crappy service oriented corporations out there with lazy, unintelligent employees. Also, if customers need to wait, they should have seats that are more comfortable to sit in. Probably sitting on the floor would be more comfortable, but not clean. Not moving to AT&T as I was going to do this earlier this year due to a great deal, but AT&T was awful to deal with. Verizon is supposed to be top of the line, but at least with the people I've dealt with, it's terrible. read more

On one end, you have a corporate side that can't even get an order right after 4 different attempts. On the other side, you have a manager who thinks he's God's gift to retail. They would be like " it's not a contract it's an agreement " technically it is but now they use different terminology. You sign and agreement for 36 months, used to be 24 months. They claim that you don't pay penalties if you leave, but when they promise you a free phone and you want to leave before the months that you signed for, you are entitled to pay the balance on the phone. read more

I went in today to get a few things handled and Russ made sure that customer satisfaction was his number one priority. He quickly handled my first problem, then he meticulously applied a replacement screen protector for me because mine was severely bubbled a week after it was applied at another Verizon store. TL;DR: RUN. save yourself. Initial quote "$220 per month" and actual bill reads greater than $300 and up to $600 per month. I recommend you go to T-Mobile for competitive and transparent pricing as well as far superior customer treatment and experience. I guarantee you will not get it with Verizon. I cannot go any longer without sharing my experience so that others may avoid a similar situation. Please, please, please... don't switch to Verizon. It is the single worst decision you can make in selecting a communications carrier. Verizon, I'd love to see you have someone with authority resolve this situation. Needed to return a cable purchased online, but forced to return via UPS instead of doing a simple store return. No help at all

I stopped by this location because I was in the area, and needed help with an online deal I took advantage of at a different location. The gentleman who checked me in basically said they could not help me because the deal was done at another location. Verizon has the same systems across all locations. His excuse was Scottsdale was on a different network than Mesa. To top it all off, six other associates were standing around discussing how excited they were for Game of Thrones tonight. I tried giving him the name of the associate I worked with at the other location, but he was unwilling to call them for me. The whole point of stopping there in the first place was convenience. Thanks to him, I had to drive to the original location, which was out of the way. I will never shop at this Verizon store again. Let me start with the good....i enjoy Verizons statewide coverage and economical plan that i have. Here's where it goes sideways. 1/10/20 The store has been remodeled and all the demo phones are 5ft in the air on a board with a super heavy steel cage contraption bolted to them along with a cable. So , the phone you are trying to demo is at chest level and weighs 3lbs plus. The steel contraption also covers the wide angle lens on the samsung s10. The exact phone and lens i wanted to try out. Crazy.....its almost like they don't want you to try out the phones anymore. Someone fubar'd that store design. Yes, its minimalist like the apple store but NOT near reality for trying out your next phone..... THAT YOU'LL PAY A GRAND FOR! I have been a loyal customer to version since version gave birth to Arizona. went to my local version store so baseline and Val vista I been there few time to get help with a product. they have help me in the passed with this same product so they help me again not bring Tecy person at my age. To get to the point, I spoke with (first person ) 3 or 4 times she refused to get a manger. I walk to the back of the store to find a manger. when manger came over already defense and talking down to me. instead of asking how she can help me . turn into power trip staring game. she had a get me the number but just kept staring at me. by this time I felt disrespected, not heard , and very uneasy . I know get they think they handle the situation . probably putting each other on the back.what ever happen to respect and customer service? that store needs new manger or more training. this is my very first view I have ever wrote. This review is specifically about seating in the store. I was in with my 83 year old MIL. Oxygen tank , bad knees and ankles. All they have available for seating is high top chairs at the high tables and some 6 foot benches. MIL can not get on the high top chairs and the benches are.... benches , that aren't really comfortable. As I'm looking around the room I noticed many places they could put comfortable chairs . We weren't in at a really busy time so no problem getting a bench but I can easily see not enough seating during busy times. The 4 stars is because I didn't want to punish the store itself for decisions that are probably out of their hands., The staff was friendly , wait time wasn't too bad and the man helping us was knowledgeable and for the most part efficient. I arrived at 7:10 pm on Friday night hoping for a smooth trip through the phone upgrade grinder. On very rare occasions you walk into a consumer situation with dread, then find yourself 180°'d into feeling great about the money you have spent and the value you have received. This happened on July 21st , 2018 for me. I was astonished with my customer service experience with Nick. He was encyclopedically knowledgeable, friendly, and has a natural effortless ability to connect to people. I'm a people, so I know. This young man has tremendous potential. If you are in need of a powerhouse salesperson for your business, Nick may be the guy that gets you that step level increase in revenue. Trust me. The rest of the story is a bit dry. I'll be brief. I went in with iPhone 6 Plus and left with an 8 Plus. I got fair value trade in for my 6+. Nick talked me into a bundle including a Zagg screen protector, a Speck case, and a Mophie 6000 mAh mobile charger. I even got the AirPods. I did NOT feel worked. Like I said I felt about the purchases. Still do. Need a new phone? An upgrade? Just some good advice? GO SEE NICK! You're welcome. Thanks Nick. I needed to fix my phone so I figured I'd just put cellular on my watch to make it work for the moment. They had a great deal going on where I could trade in my phone and practically get a new one even though mine was cracked, that was amazing. The gentleman helping me was really nice but unfortunately took him three times to update my new phone because he kept putting in the wrong number even though I corrected him the first time. In doing so the number he used was my moms, her phone now no longer takes calls or text. It's really unfortunate because this should've never happened. I was really happy about my result but feel terrible it's made my moms night harder due to the previous arrangements she already had. I called and voiced this concern and was reassured by the same gentleman that the store was open till 8:30 even though it says 7 on google and I even asked. Went back to this location because upon converting my personal account to a business account something got crossed in the line somewhere and now I cant see my handsets on either account and my account is stuck in limbo. I was helped by numerous people over the phone and figured it would be easier to go to this store since they couldn't figure it out in the phone. The first time I was there at this store the rep had everything done and I should of received a call from the business rep on Monday or Tuesday. Well of course Tuesday evening hits with nothing now I cant access either account on both the personal or business side, so after my shift I head down to this store and try to speak to a rep. As soon as I walked in the rep came over and asked what brought me in, i explained my whole dilemma and he says "we don't handle business at this store you have to call business support, I cant help you here were short staffed and we close at 7p. You will need to make an appointment." So I told the guy that because of the nature of my trade I can't guarantee my hours are fixed being a contractor things vary hence not having an appointment and that there is a business rep that works at this store specifically for business accounts he brushed it off and really didn't wanna deal with me so he gave me a number to business support which I already had, I asked for the business reps card and he took his time getting me that afterwards he handed it to me and that was the end of it. As of right now and multiple calls to VZW Business I still cannot access any of my accounts or see my handsets let alone pay my bill. I get that being short staffed outs a damper on things but to treat me like the scum under your shoe because you don't want to handle my problem really shows this stores true colors.
