He was honest about what needed to be done and his pricing was very fair, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly knows his stuff. The before and after of the phone speaks for itself. He brought it back to life. The location is also very convenient inside the Food City plaza right in the barbershop, which made it easy to find. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and skilled, I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Max.

Keenan seemed very nice at first, but after I got home I realized he did not give me a bill, and the price I paid seemed to high. I went back the next day and stood in that store for over an HOUR, while he gave me ever excuse why he could not print my bill. When I finally saw it, I realized the screen protectors he just put on our new phones and said he was GIVING to us, he charged us for (we never even Asked for a screen protector). Also, and most importantly he totally added expensive perks and additions to our lines, without EVER even asking us!! The Verizon mobile protect was added to each line (at $19 per month) and NetFlix was added to my account (at $13 per month). I had to be persistent and fight to get that stuff taken off my account and get a credit. He just assumed I would walk away without checking and he would get his commission - or maybe sales metric as others have mentioned. Go to a Verizon Company store!! not this place!

I would be extremely cautious about using any I Fix It and Repair location…read more For transparency, my personal experience occurred at the I Fix It and Repair location at 240 W Baseline Rd Mesa, AZ 85210 inside of the Mesa Walmart, not this particular location. I came across a review from another customer who described a very similar experience at a different location. Seeing similar complaints involving separate locations raised concerns for me about the consistency of the company's customer service and how problems are handled. I want to be clear that I have not personally done business with this specific location. However, based on my own experience at the other store and the similarities in the other customer's account, I would be hesitant to recommend I Fix It and Repair as a business. I encourage customers to look beyond the overall star rating, read the detailed reviews, and carefully consider other customers' experiences before deciding where to take their devices.

My Wife and I have had consumer Cellular for years now, and have been extremely happy with their price, their service and not one lost or interrupted call in the years we've had them... that does not say much for competitors. We are actually saving over $100 per phone per month since starting use of their service. Although dealing with them primarily online, recently we had the need to replace both our phones and decided to shop at one of their brick-and-mortar location. I must say, not just did we walk away with new phones, but walked away very happy and appreciative of their expertise, customer service and terrific store. Highly recommended all the way around... kudos CC!
