We have a rollover price, rather than fixed monthly rate, we have an IT guy, Willie, who has never failed us, and most importantly a sales rep, Lyndsay S, who is EXTREMELY capable of tackling any needs this office has had. What Lyndsay did, in her initial pitch, to separate herself from the rest of the competition, is break down what we currently had by just simplifying our process. Now instead of wasting our valuable time trying to fix the computer or the machine, I just have to make one call and any issue is solved within 24 hours. It just so happens to be that we have not even had to make that call because once we got set up, we never had another issue again. I agreed to a meeting with a new copy machine vendor. I had been saying no for a long time to anyone who called but I said yes because I liked Elizabeth Sims. Our office made the change and we updated all our copy machines and many of our printers. We are so happy we did. Sims Business Systems delivered everything they said they would. Lydnsay & the Sims team did a great job providing us with a terrific solution. We have been with SIMS for many many years for our photocopier needs. Though technology isn't perfect and we have had occasional issues with our machines (no fault of SIMS), they are quick to respond with service technicians who keep us up and running. They have very good pricing compared to alternatives in the marketplace here and they recommend equipment that actually fits our business needs.
