    NOT AN OFFICIAL CORPORATE STORE !!! Wanted to charge me $20 for a defective screen protector. Purchased within 30 days. Plus the lady assisting me had a bad attitude. Called customer service and it turns out it's not an official Verizon store. They directed me to the Modesto store which is an official corporate store. I don't plan on returning to this store. Had issues setting up new phone also. Salesman set up someone else's phone at this store. That custcame into store as he lost his service. The after I left the store the salesman called me and asked for my password? Don't go here. Stay away !!! Day 2: After driving to Modesto they informed me they don't cover 3rd party screen protectors and they don't even sell those screen protectors. Now I'm getting wrong information from the main corporate customer service. So back I go to the original store to speak to manager. Ok. Called main Verizon number back and they advised I would be credited for the screen protector. Yay: But now we still have problems as I never seen credit for the protector on my account. Almost a month later I called back. They informed me that the credit is only the $20 for the installation. So the guy on the phone lied to me. Told me I would get credit for the accessory. That's all fine and dandy but,now it's passed the 30 days in store warranty. Now I'm at the process of returning to manufacturer for a new one. If this gets rejected I'll go back to Victoria Wireless. (Aka Verizon lol)What a damn joke. This keeps up I'll go with a different carrier. Total aggravation!!!!

    Understaffed and slow. It took an hour just to pick up an order. I would have been better off going to the Apple Store.

    Monte was very helpful and kind during the transfer and upgrade process, and brought up a good deal on fiber wifi for Verizon in home :)

They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task. They are a capable service, they communicate effectively, and they definitely understand their purpose. I will be bringing all of my device repair needs to these guys.

Recieved a very different price, about a hundred dollars more. Ended up talking to whoever yelp is connected to for this business again, and they told me they could do it for that price personally. I came in again, to a third person. Ended up going elsewhere just cuz of the run around.

The Walmart version of stranger things Steve looking teenager took down our information for phone trade ins. We wanted to figure out T-Mobile's deal for Black Friday. They took down our phone information and the sassy black manager told us to come back in 20 minutes. When we did there was only one customer being served and 3 employees that could have helped us. We waited 20 minutes inside the store while getting ignored. The sassy black manager only talked to us to interrupt us from complaining to the representatives that we were supposed to be helped already stating that his sells man was "taking a lunch break" at 4:30??!?. He talk down to my family and acted like we were being impatient for complaining about waiting to get help for an hour. It got so late at the store that Walmart Steve left and ended his shift before we were able to have questions answered. We asked him what was going on as he was leaving and his manager yelled at us saying that we would be helped at soon as possible. We responded that you promoted us that over an hour ago. Then Walmart Steve said I don't care I'm going home. We only needed information that they could look up on a computer or someone to review trade back policy. The rep Joseph that eventually came out looked like a rejected member of the show impractical jokers. He acted like a used cars salesman, shady and dishonest. We asked about the Black Friday deal and he offered us a deal that was going on months before Black Friday and argued with us that a deal on Black Friday is a BF even though it's always around. Everyone was so nasty at the store that my family was telling me to cancel our T-Mobile plan. I had to convince them to calm down. It's like they lied to us about having sales and made us wait an hour to find out These employees are a pitiful representation of the company. And they should all be fired.     Verizon does NOT value it's long term customers. So, I guess I should be saying "Thank You,…read moreVerizon, for not valuing me as a Valued, Long-Time, Loyal Customer. I went across the street to TMobile and got treated as a Valued Customer should be treated." Loyal customer for over 20 years, never got anything for free from Verizon. My iphone gave out and I went in to see what kind of LOVE Verizon has for it's LOYAL LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS. First Customer Service Rep had me walking out with just having to pay the sales tax on a new iPhone 15. Got stuck on transferring data and had to get the boss. I explained to the "boss" Simon, that I was a long time customer and my phone broke. I wanted a free phone (just like a new customer would get) for my over 20 years of Customer Loyalty. He told me he was "The Boss", he said how things went around there and that shouldn't be a problem, he just needed to look at something. He looked at a few things, then he stopped looking and tried to sell my their internet, then he tried to get me to apply for the Credit Card - which I did because it was going to make paying my bill easier (To be honest, I felt like the quicker I said yes to him, the quicker we could get back to processing my transaction). Once he got all of that taken care of, he went to review my prospective purchase and told me that "No, the plans we have cost "X". I said "No, your employee told me all I was going to pay was the sales tax." He said "No, our plans... blah blah blah." He called the other employee over, who apologized and said he made a mistake. That I would have to pay for the phone after all. So much for "Customer Loyalty". The "deals" are just for new customers, to get them in the door. Us long time, loyal customers aren't worthy of a good deal now and then. Especially after being with Verizon for over 20 years. I took my phone back, went across the street to TMobile. I got a brand new iPhone 15, the phone case, wall adapter for charging AND an Apple Watch (ALL FOR FREE), along with free Netflix and Apple TV. I also didn't get charged a fee to import my phone data onto the new phone. When I walked out of there, my phone and my apple watch were both completely ready to use.
