On top of all that one of the shirts was stained so I couldn't wear any of them this weekend. NOT PART OF MY JOB!!!…read more I have never ever been treated so rudely as I have been by Laura, cashier at the Manteca Target store at 1:48pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. I purchased 16-12 oz carbonated drinks because it was on sale 4 for $9.00 instead of $2.99 each or 4 for $10.99. She asked if I wanted a bag and I said "no" because I brought my own bag. As she was ringing up the 16 - 12 oz cans, she DID NOT put them in my bag nor did she ask for my bag so she could put them in as she rang them up. As I watched her place them back on another part of the check-out stand, I repeatedly (3x's) asked her to please place the cans in the bag for me. Her response? "THAT IS NOT PART OF HER JOB"!!!!!! I was so affronted by her attitude, especially to a senior with arthritic thumbs. I might as well have gone to Food Maxx or Food For Less or even Winco!!! Needless to say, she didn't help me bag the 16 cans. Later, around 4:00 pm, I called the Manteca Target store and asked for the Manager. I spoke with Mayra, who identified herself as the manager. She sounded appalled at what happened. She promised me she would take care of the rude service from Laura. Let's see if she does take care of what happened or she was just placating me. I'm going back as a secret shopper and see if Laura does it again! Maybe she should get a job at these stores where you're NOT REQUIRED to bag the items purchased! PS: My arthritic thumbs hurt.

Theres absolutely no customer service staffing for electronics. I needed a rice cooker and some 50 cent tumblers so I grabbed those and left but if your gonna have everything behind glass you ought to have people to open the stuff or just become an online retailer. Dont try to trick people to come into brick and mortar when your just an online retailer.

I can also pay for an extra month at others. I also find it odd that they send you a text with a code to give them a confirmation but what if someone else was paying for me or I was paying for someone else. I don't know if they understand that this is a prepaid service and not a bill.. also can you cut out all the small talk & wasting time when you have others waiting in line to receservice and people walking out from getting tired of waiting. It's like the business model is designed around not making money because people are almost forced to take their business elsewhere.

Initially I wasnt sure who I could take my boat to but my boat mechanic and relative's husband referred me there and Im glad I went there. They were honest, fair, professional and most of all the product of their work I cant say enough of how bad*** it came out as I took the boat out to the lake the week after and it was awesome. I will never forget the help and support I received at Fox's Spy Outlet…read more Coming in with no prior knowledge or experience with security equipment, I am fortunate and grateful Scott was not only fully knowledgeable but his expertise and compassion guided easily and comfortably through the process of choosing the product best fitted for my needs. He was patient and enthusiastic to help me. I knew he cared about finding the right product for me, which was ultimately finding and rebuilding security in my current living situation. Scott's approach with a preliminary set of questions opened the door to full proper customer service and support. He is more than willing, and rather compassionate about his work, the product, and helping people regain the security that's been compromised in their life. He ran me through the entire process, explaining terms and troubleshooting potential problems along the way, and demonstrated product functionality with instore set-ups. I am not experienced with these things, but Scott and Fox's Spy Outlet cultivated my new interest in such. They have a great selection of gadgets, for everyone. I am glad I went to Fox's and not a corporate retailer where I would be up-sold a box of extra, unnecessary features by a salesman whose product knowledge extends to the basic product description on the box. Fox's will fine tune what you're looking for, and not sell you a run of the mill product. You'll get what you're looking for, and what you need, and Fox's.

The camera he sold to Mom was a Netvue Vigil Outdoor Wi-Fi Security Camera. This guy charged Mom $250 and said "No Returns." The receipt also stated "No Returns." Mom could not get it to work and brought it down to my house in Long Beach over Christmas to see if my tech-savvy husband could figure out how to work it. He could not get the wi-fi to work nor would it work with an RJ-45 cable. A quick check on Amazon.com showed this exact same camera for sale for $35. Reading the other reviews where this business has done the same thing, I'm wondering what does it take to shut a business that takes advantage of the elderly and others? I understand the adage of "Buyer Beware" but this is taking advantage of my elderly mother!!
