They had said that we had to place an order on the app but it had to be a T-mobile phone (even tho the app wouldn't know the difference) and we COULD NOT buy it just in store. She then speaks Spanish when we said we had done this before and question why she is not helping us because it is unfair to be treated with such unwelcoming attitude as we see that the other customers in the store were being helped WITH the STORE TABLETS to purchase devices. She proceeded to talk over us when we were saying that we had wanted to purchase a phone in which if we didn't need the phone immediately we would have just left but we were stuck with one of the worst employees at the store in which everyone there knew since it was made clear that they did not like her due to how rude and inconsiderate she is. In the end she wouldn't let us set up the phone there through the wifi after we had just bought it and made us leave. The whole environment was very hostile and unwelcoming. I usually do not write reviews but this experience was just so ridiculously bad that I had to write all of this. (Would put 1 star but IYKYK).
