When I handed my phone to Nasser, he looked at it and said that he didn't think my screen was cracked and it looked like the screen protector had cracked. He even showed me by pulling of the screen protector and my phone screen was fine. There were glue sticky spots on the screen and he gave me the option to just replace the battery or still put on a new phone screen also. I told his to go ahead and replace the screen too since the glue marks didn't look good and I terfered a little with the touch screen function and covered the front camera. So then what's the use of having verizon stores in Tracy??? I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and fully regret the loyalty I've shown this corporation. They've proven to not care about their customers, and the Tracy store is an excellent example of that. They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task.
