The guy who helped us wasn't super friendly but he answered our questions and let us know up front the requirements for trading in my phone. I didn't buy a phone because I wanted to see if Best buy offered better. We returned a 2nd time the same day, and this time a gal approached us with a tablet. I told her I wanted to speak w/our 1st guy (who was busy w/a customer) but in the meantime I asked her if she could check if a phone was in stock. she told us no but that she could order it for us and it'd be a few days. So I do wish they would've had the phone I wanted in stock - I didn't care what color. Sun: We went back and the universe blessed us with Marcus. He knows what it means to work in customer service. He just has that customer service personality, he's so positive, and you can tell he wants to help you and make you feel comfortable. I came in w/my Best buy phone and he helped me do the transfer to my new phone. He was super patient with us. We couldn't finish the transfer in store because it would take hours, but he showed us how to do it at home. 5 stars for Marcus!

I asked for help in Spanish, but instead of assisting me, I continued to be ignored. I have been an AT&T customer for 20 years, so I was especially disappointed and surprised by the way I was treated. Another customer noticed what was happening and offered to translate for me. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse because Mario treated that customer disrespectfully as well. They ended up arguing with each other. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I believe customers should be treated with respect and provided with proper assistance, regardless of the language they speak.
