They are not interested in actually providing customer service, they're ONLY interested in signing new customers. Once they have your money and have you locked into a contract they will never help you again. My phone service has barely worked for the last year when I leave my house, it just won't let me make phone calls or use the internet unless I'm at home. I've called multiple times to get help, or to get them to lower my bill because of the bad service, and they refuse. This Tracy store literally doesn't provide any actual customer service, they have told me multiple times that if I want any help that I have to drive to Livermore or Stockton. So then what's the use of having verizon stores in Tracy??? I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and fully regret the loyalty I've shown this corporation. They've proven to not care about their customers, and the Tracy store is an excellent example of that. The people in this particular store aren't good at their job, and I don't recommend that anyone sign-up to be taken advantage of by this company. Service is bad. Coverage is bad. Price is bad.
