He's super knowledgeable about what's the issue with your phone and if it can be fixed or not. He was able to diagnose my son's phone in seconds, then give us a quote to repair it. When I handed my phone to Nasser, he looked at it and said that he didn't think my screen was cracked and it looked like the screen protector had cracked. He even showed me by pulling of the screen protector and my phone screen was fine. There were glue sticky spots on the screen and he gave me the option to just replace the battery or still put on a new phone screen also. I told his to go ahead and replace the screen too since the glue marks didn't look good and I terfered a little with the touch screen function and covered the front camera. I have been an AT&T customer for 20 years, so I was especially disappointed and surprised by the way I was treated. Another customer noticed what was happening and offered to translate for me. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse because Mario treated that customer disrespectfully as well. They ended up arguing with each other. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I believe customers should be treated with respect and provided with proper assistance, regardless of the language they speak.
