When I handed my phone to Nasser, he looked at it and said that he didn't think my screen was cracked and it looked like the screen protector had cracked. He even showed me by pulling of the screen protector and my phone screen was fine. There were glue sticky spots on the screen and he gave me the option to just replace the battery or still put on a new phone screen also. I told his to go ahead and replace the screen too since the glue marks didn't look good and I terfered a little with the touch screen function and covered the front camera. It took about an hour and was ready on time as Nasser stated. Its been working great now. I really appreciate Nasser's honesty and courtesy. I will be coming here for my future phone repair needs.

They are not interested in actually providing customer service, they're ONLY interested in signing new customers. Once they have your money and have you locked into a contract they will never help you again. My phone service has barely worked for the last year when I leave my house, it just won't let me make phone calls or use the internet unless I'm at home. I've called multiple times to get help, or to get them to lower my bill because of the bad service, and they refuse. This Tracy store literally doesn't provide any actual customer service, they have told me multiple times that if I want any help that I have to drive to Livermore or Stockton. So then what's the use of having verizon stores in Tracy??? I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and fully regret the loyalty I've shown this corporation. They've proven to not care about their customers, and the Tracy store is an excellent example of that. The people in this particular store aren't good at their job, and I don't recommend that anyone sign-up to be taken advantage of by this company. Service is bad. Coverage is bad. Price is bad. They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task. They are a capable service, they communicate effectively, and they definitely understand their purpose. I will be bringing all of my device repair needs to these guys.
