The store is NOT the issue. The T-Mobile promotion/14 day trials are a fraud. I tested their 5G internet service for 2 days. Its unreliable so I returned everything back. Canceled the account before the 14 day trial window. They've billed me $75 and now they've sent my account to their collections. I've been fighting them for weeks (April 1). It's a scam! Their phone numbers, all of them, end up in the famous Asian country. It's dripping with fraud. read more

There's an employee in this location that was disrespectful to a customer. Telling him "don't put words in my mouth I told you what you needed to know. It's your fault that you didn't understand" that is not ok. There's a nicer way to explain things to someone that obviously was confused. The same employee had horrible attitude towards everyone. I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Jesus today. I arrived at the store around 5:15 PM, and my turn came at 5:30 PM. Instead of inviting me to his desk, he stopped me near the door and immediately asked why I was there, without greeting me or giving me the chance to explain. Each time I tried to speak, he interrupted me mid-sentence, cutting me off before I could fully describe my problem. His tone was extremely rude and dismissive. He repeatedly pointed out the time and said he had other customers to help, as 6pm, they'll be closed, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. Even after partially explaining my issue, he stopped me again and told me he couldn't help-without making any effort to listen or offer solutions. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for customer service. Customers come to T-Mobile for assistance, not to be disrespected and dismissed. I hope management addresses this matter so no other customer has to experience the same treatment. read more

There's always a long line I get that they are suppose to take there time with each customer but they just do it to the extreme in hopes that people in line walk out. THE STORE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My wife and I have tried to speak and meet with the store manager on several occasions in reference being misinformed about our new phone and family plan bill. We initially contacted T-Mobile's online customer service. We were informed by the representative that our bill issue had to be resolved at the store level by a manager. Since then, the manager at this particular location (2114 West Grant Line Road) has either ignored our requests to be contacted, or simply refused to do so. Either way, we will continue calling and visiting the store. As well as contacting Corporate. In addition to that I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau, until our issue is resolved. read more

My husband and I wanted to switch cell phone providers, so we stopped by T-Mobile on Grantline Rd in Tracy. We spoke with a representative who was very friendly and professional, but was not very knowledgeable about the product. What she lacked in product knowledge, she made up for it with sincerity and her desire to help you. That night their system went down so we had to make another trip there the next day to make the switch. Several mistakes were made in signing us up and incorrect information was given to us. Our first bill was two times the amount it should have been and the only reason I found out about it was because I called customer service looking first my paper statement. I was not given the option for a paper statement so it automatically put me into paperless. I signed up for auto pay, however, I wasn't given the correct information regarding it so it was put on the credit card I provided but I wasn't given the discount for signing up. Apparently it only applies to debit it checking accounts. Something else I wasn't informed of. I was also told that the remaining balance for my phone with another provider would be paid off, but I was later told that this didn't apply to the plan we signed up for. With this all being said, I almost cancelled our phones, however, I returned to the store and spoke to the GM, Miriam. She was great!!! I can't say enough good about her. Instead of addressing every point, I will just say that she took care of and corrected everything and even went the extra mile to keep my business. She was nice, friendly, professional, approachable and made me feel like a valued customer!!! I can't say enough about her and how thankful I was for what she did to make this all right! My husband and I were in the market for a new phone and service provider. We added T-Mobile to our list of servers to check into and see what they could offer us. Although I am rating the business 5 stars, it was mainly due to the customer service that we were given by employee "Bella". The first time we went into the store, their system was down preventing us from signing up at that time, (what's up with that, how do you do business like that?). Since Bella had been generous with her time and answered all of our questions, we decided we would return the next day and to ask for her for further assistance. Bella was very friendly, personable, and professional and made us feel at home and like a valued customer. She was also very knowledgeable with the products and got us set up prior to us leaving. My experience has been in the past with sales reps, that they do the bare minimal and let you figure it out on your own. Bella was not like this. She set us up with the new phones and even told us to call her anytime if we had any problems or questions. She is truly an asset to the company! The only glitch that did not make me too happy was that T-Mobile advertises that if you still owe money on your current phone, they will pay it off for you when you sign up with them. Of course, this does not apply in all situations, (always the case) and of course, it didn't apply to us. Not too happy about that, but Bella made up for it times two!!! read more

AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION. The ENTIRE staff were rude and giving dirty looks as soon as we walked in (#1 red flag). The first day we went, the manager which btw has a terrible way of communicating with you so just a heads up you'll have to repeat yourself several times. He would keep looking at us with a super confused face (red flag #2 considering he is a manager lol....) anyways, waited a long time (of course, but didn't mind) and then a girl helped us which she had stated she was still in training but once again I didn't mind I just wanted help and at that point I was going to take the help from ANYBODY. She proceeded to act like she knew what she was doing, only for us to find out from a DIFFERENT location that they shouldn't have done that at all. She told me to wait 24hrs and then I had to come back the next day, because my phone was still not working. I come back and of course it's an entire new crew, they had me wait over an hour and when it was finally my turn some girl (didn't get her name) she had red strips in her hair had the most disgusted look on her face and it was obvious she didn't want to help, she pretty much told me that they could get the job done and it would be simple but that I would have to come back the next day because it was an hour until closing when MIND YOU I was there way before but because I spent an entire hour waiting patiently for my turn, that time counted towards that and it was now an hour before closing therefore they couldn't help..... THIS PLACE SUCKS ALL THE FEMALES I ENCOUNTERED DISGUSTING PERSONALITIES AND MANAGER WHOM WAS A MALE WAS EVEN WORSE. After waiting outside for an extended amount of time which I completely understand during a pandemic they tried to restrict how many people can come in with me which was a family of four after allowing others in front of us to come in with an Army. We were there to upgrade our equipment other people have visitors and we're only replacing a single fuck so we were informed we were going to have to wait even longer to get in to handle our transactions or we can go in one at a time call us instead of asking the people inside since you were not shopping or have this is please step outside so our customers can proceed. I was there on Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by Jessica who set an expectation around wait time. I appreciated that very much. Francisco started my transaction I explained my concern and he gave options to solve it. Jessica helped complete my transaction she helped me understand my services and charges and went through the process with me in detail. She was very patient and listened to all my questions. Jessica and Francisco me feel comfortable. They both gave me options that would save me money. Didn't feel pressured or like I was being "SOLD". I normally would be very annoyed to have two different people help me but they were so professional and friendly. Since I have been sitting here waiting for the last 45 minutes I thought I would share my experience at this store. When I first walked in the door I was asked my name and reason for the visit. I gave the sales guy my info and was instructed to wait. Waiting - I get it. I'm not into it but I get it. There were people here before me. But since sitting here the same guy has randomly chosen who gets helped right away. I'm on a list. But Ms. Busty Yoga pants lady gets helped by him right away. Hmmmm....Maybe I shoulda gotten dolled up before coming into this store. This is the reason they get one star! Hmmm wait it just happened again! Unbelievable! While ranting on this Yelp review another person walks in from the street to get helped right away. I've since learned this guys name is Jason. Did I mention that I am here because the phone they sold me less than 2 weeks ago is defective? Came in bought a S7 edge and now the power button doesn't work. According to Google this is a major problem with this model. So I'll blame Samsung for that one not this store. It's now been an hour and I haven't been spoken to or looked at by any sales associate in this store. It's looking like I'll have to leave without even getting any help. On 02-24-16 this store was having trouble with the computers, so went I ran my card to pay for the ear piece it wouldn't taken my card. JASON was helped me he told me not to worry about that will not get charged. So I ended to pay cash. 3 day's later I checked my bank account, and of course they charged to my bank account card. This is easily the best mobile store that I have been in ever. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I have had to wait a long time sometimes but that was always because the store had a lot of people. If they had the capacity to handle more people quickly this would be a 5 star review but that is clearly not the workers fault. The store is clean and all the displays are done well. They are friendly and when there is a line they take names and make an effort to take you in order. They work as quickly as they can while providing excellent and individualized service to each customer. I would highly recommend this store and tell the management to add some registers and some more people for the really busy times. I have had just about every cell phone company out there. So I can honestly say this is an unbiased opinion... ATT was HORRIBLE I would never got with them again, their prices are WAY too high, and their phones are just as crappy, along with their customer service... I also had Metro, Cingular, Sprint, and Verizon. I liked Verizon a lot, however I did NOT like their prices.... WAY over priced, and too full of themselves, but the services were good, phones were decent... I went with Tmobile about 7 years ago, and I haven't left sense. I pay 105 a month (before taxes) for 3 phones unlimited everything!!!! I've always had AMAZING customer service, and the lowest upfront pricing of anywhere!!! Plus they have the best phones!!! I love Tmobile and I recommend them to everyone!!! As long as they do not become a part of ATT I'm staying here permanently... Plus this location has been amazing with helping me! Got signed up for "JUMP" after I said I didn't want to, Lied to about getting credit on my bill, Got lied about being able to pay out of my contract and lied to about my 4gLTE usage limit.
