He's super knowledgeable about what's the issue with your phone and if it can be fixed or not. He was able to diagnose my son's phone in seconds, then give us a quote to repair it. We left the phone with him and he repaired it in under the quoted time, saving us a trip back to the store to pick it up. He also gave us a great deal on a new case, and did a new screen protector for me as well. Highly recommend this place.

Because of its wifi and the only model DC it is expensive (used one sell on eBay for over $150). My amateur diagnosis with a multimeter and I thought a capacitor was bad. No other place in town even does capacitor/circuit board repairs. But it gets better! I told the owner the capacitor was bad. He said he would confirm and repair for $20. I provided him with just 30 minutes and returned to find the device repaired. He even diagnosed the part (yes I was wrong!) and showed me the varistor was bad. Part worked as promised. I'm especially pleased as I gave him a bad diagnosis to work with. Yes he has tons of electronics in his place, but those all provide parts, don't let that scare you. I'm sure my replaced varistor (a very uncommon part to have on hand) came from some of those electronics. A real mom and pop feel, quality workmanship and now my fan works, saving me over $130. A+

My American Express Credit card was charged the same date the order was placed which leads me to believe that the status you are displaying is misleading to consumers. It's great, you just show them your return QR code and they will take your item. Also a box doesn't seem to be needed, but when I brought one it got taped for me (no charge). Great value and service! It is located in a convenient spot just across from the Home Depot in town, in the same shopping area. Pro-tip: Take a screen shot of your QR return code/s while still in the parking lot, because I've had trouble with my phone internet taking forever to pull it up/not pulling up, while in the return line in the store. This way, you will not be panicking to pull it up while others are waiting. Or, stepping out of line to go outside and pull the codes, then having to get back in line (which I've had to do).

The manager came and helped ONE customer and then left the young man to do both lines. I would say the Amazon line was nearly 20 people deep. The poor kid looked stressed but did well. Manager was called never came. He was o. Break. The kid apologized for the wait and kept composure the whole time.
