I have been an AT&T customer for 20 years, so I was especially disappointed and surprised by the way I was treated. Another customer noticed what was happening and offered to translate for me. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse because Mario treated that customer disrespectfully as well. They ended up arguing with each other. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I believe customers should be treated with respect and provided with proper assistance, regardless of the language they speak.
