Went in and accidentally forgot my mask. The employee at the counter seemed very rude and disrespectful as I informed her that I simply forgot it. I was in the middle of explaining, "oh crap I forgot it." And she cut me off not even halfway through the sentence and told me, "yeah you have to wear a mask in here." I completely understood, but if I were to tell her, " oh crap, I forgot it but I have a dr.'s note stating how I have asthma and anxiety attacks", she wouldn't even let me voice that statement because how abrupt she was and cut me off. I urge management to seriously consider addressing this to the staff member, and up their customer service in regards to understanding that people make mistakes and not necessarily break the rules, but empathize with their customers and at least give them the respect to let them finish their sentences before cutting them off! read more

First off, Lidia and Tommy were awesome! They were extremely empathetic to what was going on when I dealt with the other GameStop. Lidia helped me figure out exactly which headphones would work for me and even gave me multiple options. She even let me in on a little secret that most people don't even know. (Sorry yelpers, I can't disclose...but if you read the back of your receipts...you'll know too) I left the store with the best headset ever and a bunch of other items. I would definitely spend more money there since they are honest and actually care to help their customers. Went to Gamestop to buy my son the new Nintendo DS XL to take advantage of the sale for trading in DS Lite. They said that they only sell QUALITY merchandise and refused trade in. Reserved a game online for pick-up at this store specifically, as I've shopped here before. Went down 30 minutes later, opened the door only to have some snotty, idiotic manager tell us "Unless you have questions, you can't come in here." She said they were working on the door and that if we wanted to go inside we were stuck for an hour. I said all I wanted was my game, I know what game it is and it takes 2 minutes to ring me up. While all this was happening, some guy that smelled like weed walked out, happy as can be. Went to the other GameStop, told them, and they didn't care. I came in when they were no longer accepting pre orders for it and they took my number and said if they got any extras they would give me a call. Which they did I'm super excited that I got it.
