Looking for old school game consoles? Retro games? Well look no further this little gem in a wall has all your inner child needs!! They have play stations, Xbox, Nintendo, game boys, laptops you name it!! I'm sure they have it! They buy all sorts of electronics and do trades as well! Jaya is the guy working upfront very knowledgeable and friendly willing to answer all your gaming or electronic questions, he's tech savvy so hit him up for any type of repairs. From phones to laptops and tv's. Very happy with his customer service. Prices are fair and the selection of used games and consoles is great. So if you're in the area with your kids or just on your own make sure to stop and say hi!

Come check them out.

Wow!! Small/BIG HOLE in the wall. This place has awesome stuff. It's basically like a game stop but I would say with better prices and your supporting your locals. Why not?! They're customer service is very prompt. They have retron, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendos!! I mean they even have all the old school games. All consoles available. They BUY SELL & TRADE all electronics(laptops, computers, TV's, cellphones). You can even pay your T-Mobile bill here. I started my Christmas shopping early and glad I found them for all my nieces and nephews. I found plenty of stocking stuffing items !!! They even offer layaway. LOVE IT!!!

Thanks for hooking it up yah-yah! Great customer service

This time we visit Retroactive because I was in search for some games for my Nintendo DS lite. I found 2 games and I was so happy. The price was reasonable and i love it. We also speak with the owner and he was so nice and helpful. We were talking about games and we notice that he really loves what he is doting his store. We really recommend this store. I am so glad that we have this store near to our home. You can also find vintage vinyl records, PlayStations games, Xbox games and more. We enjoy our time and our kids were so happy.

Steve, the owner and music aficionado is eager to help and answer any questions. From vintage gaming to records across all genres, this place has it all and is quickly becoming a Suisun City favorite and Bay Area day trip destination. Retroactive also hosts shows in their space which are a ton of fun and bring the community together. We left with an Xbox storage component to increase the memory of the console. It was a great value at half the cost of what we found at online merchants and we were happy to support a local business. We also couldn't resist the store merch and got a sweatshirt and t-shirt!

They carry video games from a plethora of consoles. They also have collectibles, box/collector sets, videos, etc. Long story short, I left with a pile of goodies. I thought the store was spacious to walk around with other people around. The displays were great. I liked how they converted an old grocery store veggie stand into a display on the right side. The only bummer is the tape and stickers used on the merchandise. I bought some mint in box items and the sticker price tag was so hard to peel off. It left a very bad sticky residue. I was able to clean it off most of the items. But, I worried that the paper boxes would be damaged if I used a solution. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions. I enjoyed the little lounge area in the front right while waiting for friends to checkout.

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store today…read more I saw two Xbox games priced the same -- one with a clean case but no disc inside, and another with a disc but a damaged case. Since there was no sign indicating that discs are kept behind the counter, l reasonably assumed the disc was missing and placed it into the better case. Instead of calmly explaining their policy, the employee immediately responded in an aggressive and disrespectful way, telling me to "put that shit back." Only afterward did he explain that the discs are kept at the counter - something that should have been clearly communicated to customers in the first place. A simple explanation would have avoided the entire situation. Being spoken to like that was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What made this even more upsetting was reading another customer's review describing how staff openly discussed taking advantage of a child who unknowingly brought in a rare Galaxy 3DS XL and traded it for a regular 3DS -- which is far less valuable. Instead of informing the child of what he had, they reportedly took advantage of the situation and even bragged about it afterward.Seeing behavior like that toward a kid is honestly disturbing and unethical. After experiencing the rude treatment myself, it's hard to believe this was an isolated incident. On top of all of this, many of the games and consoles here are significantly overpriced compared to other stores. This is especially concerning for beginners or casual gamers who may not yet know typical market values. Between the aggressive customer service, lack of clear communication, unethical behavior, and high prices, this is not a store I would return to or recommend. (l've attached a screenshot of that review for reference.)

Today is the 2nd time I have been here & the employees who helped me are very professional, helpful, and courteous. If you were selling anything here they are meticulous however they do pay more than other places. Example: I sold some fighting PS2 games here and was paid about $5 each game where as places like The Cave would have paid $1. This place is a gamer's paradise plus holy Grail for the hard to find game(s) *see picture of a PS2 game in my review. I definitely would recommend all gamers or just anybody shopping or selling to try this place first before going anywhere else especially places like GameStop.
