We went in today to the other Verizon store in town and weren't even acknowledged by the staff, we left and came into this store and what a difference! You're greeted as soon as you walk in, Anthony helped us out connecting 3 lines for our kids and he was beyond patient and helpful finding the overall BEST deal for us! Thank you thank you!!! read more

This review is for the Verizon store on 11th Street and my visit on 9/8/26. To the manager: sorry for the late review, had other errands after. I drove to the 11th Street store after my bad experience at the Naglee store. Upon arriving, there were three employees and I was greeted and was assisted right away (no appt) on my visit. The guys were all friendly and helpful with my issue and was done within the hour. Thank you for the great customer service! Verizon on Naglee take note! read more

They have no regard for the customer's time, nor do they pay any attention to the customers. I was sitting here waiting for my turn, but they started working on someone who came after me and told me to wait even longer. read more

Timeshare equivalent to cell phone sales. We were assured that if we switched carriers, our upgraded phones would be included. The young blonde also told us that it would be cheaper if we added an extra line, and that we wouldn't be charged until we activated that line. All lies!!! It had been 12 years since we both upgraded our phones, so our phones were old. Back then, cell phone companies were honest and upfront. Boy, how that has changed along with everything else. Now, we have to pay $1,300 to pay off our phones before we can switch companies. I'm willing to pay that and cut our losses now. read more

Terrible service, service rep work on 7/14 refused to contact another store to see if the replacement screen I needed was in stock. Also refused to pull up my account to see what I had purchased previously. He clearly wanted me out of the store to go back to hanging out with his friends that were waiting for me to leave read more

Fake smiles and charm, coupled with snake oil sales and maneuvers that the corporate side doesn't comprehend, have left me footing the bill for a subpar service. Despite not even getting an upgrade, I've had to pay off most of my device due to the lack of knowledge from the "expert" who claims to have worked at all four major cell companies and knows all the secrets. Two weeks ago, he botched the E-Sim so badly that I'm still struggling to fix it, and I'm suffering the consequences of choosing this store. As a Tracy resident, I understand that we don't have any local Verizon stores, but it might be worth the trip to Livermore for any Verizon-related needs. This awful experience has made me seriously considering leaving Verizon altogether. read more

Con artists use bait and switch, promises of "free" things if you go "a little bit more" in your Ipone puchase. I bought my Ipone there about a year ago. If the same practices are in place now, we need a class action law firm to get in and wake them up. The phone they sold me was incentivized by promising a "free" thing, in this case an Ipad. I was charged 400 bills for it. Liars. read more

Worst service ever! Don't come! They'll cost you hundreds of dollar plus unknowingly family music download without my consent! I came to this place to apply for travel plan for the first time and no idea what I needed to do. He did something on his computer then told me it's all settled and I trusted him! He lied to me that he applied a travel plan but NO! and that has cost me hundreds of dollar! I repeat! Don't come to this third party store! read more

Donald provided us with amazing customer service! We brought in 3 phones to have the oldest phone as a trade-in for an iPhone 12 Pro. It took a while, which was expected, however Donald singlehandedly took care of us while helping other customers at the same time - very impressive. It's almost 9:30 (the close at 7) and we are finishing up, and we are so grateful for Donald's assistance in upgrading our plan while lowering our monthly bill as well. If you are looking to come to this store, we highly recommend Donald. He also most definitely deserves a raise! read more

this place is a joke. nothing but liars. thought jose would come through. but nope he left: i recommended everyone getting off this service. they lied to me twice, can't even add my wife to my line without them lying to me. thanks verizon: i'll be switching to att read more

Avoid this place at any cost, there are hidden fees that are not explained even after asking for multiple times and they rushed me to pay the bill.. They ran credit check without informing me. There are more than $100 on my account for activation fees... who charges $40 activator fees for $40 tablet, absurd!!! On top of this they charged me another $40 to set up new devices, I have not seen any other business doing this ... they said there is no contract and they set up 2 year on my account ... none of this explained to me and I was in the store for more than 2 hours today! I wish I've gone to a different place who has some business ethics that really want to help and retain the customers! They should fire Donald for repeatedly lying and misleading through the whole process (irony!) I called in customer care and expressed my concern against this business, hope they take this seriously... read more

I had a glitch in my phone and didn't know how to get rid of it. I took my phone to Verizon and got to meet Jose. He was so nice and helpful and I really appreciate his patience with me. Horrible service! Went in there to pay my 85 year old fathers bill and they would not let me pay it because I didn't have the phone with me nor did I have a pin. I was just trying to pay it and not buy anything. They said I could pay it if I had cash but I never had a problem before paying with a card. Went to the manteca Verizon and paid with a card no problem. They person helping me was rude about the whole situation. Never again. read more

Tonight I made the switch to Verizon after being with another carrier for over 6 years. I have to say Jackie is awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. I kept my same number, got an upgraded iPhone and she found me the best deal. I won't go to another carrier or even another Verizon location after today! My husband and I are so happy with our experience!! THANK YOU!!! read more

My family has purchased 4 phones from this location, and I can say that the salespeople and manager are nicebut there is an extreme disconnect between service and promises. They DO NOT know their own services. There's NO follow up when there are major issues. Buyer beware. It's not like we bought a pair of $30 dollar shoes. We will take our business, elsewhere. Response to Victra: Thank you. You guys are nice, and I feel you mean well. It's tough to deliver in such a busy retail climate. I wish the best for your business. read more

I could write a book on how terrible this store is, the lies, the stories, the upset customers I witness during the hours I spent in the store. The hassles and much wasted time, many hours, probably 20 hours texting, calling and time spent with Verizon fixing all their careless mistakes. Mind you, never really an official apology for wasting all my time and causing so much stress. The service is not what was promised. I wish nothing more to go back to AT&T. But they won't do that as the phones have been turned in. Forget about corporate Victra, is a joke. The only response I got was they pushed it back to the manager of the store that was responsible for all the incompetence to call and ask what's wrong. I deliberately left out names and specifics as I'm tired of writing about it. My BIGGEST regret in a long time, switching 5 phone lines to Verizon with this store. Love these comments from Victra apologizing and offering help, I've written and called them many times. Lies come from the top it. read more

Loved the service from the team here! They helped me get exactly what I was looking for and they hooked me up through some of the deals they had going on. They even helped me transfer my data over and let me know exactly how long it was going to take so I managed to get some other errands done in the mean time! Reed has such a great energy and even mentioned he took over the store as the manager a couple of months ago, not too surprised there. I'll be sending my friends here from now on the next time I see a cracked phone or hear about bad service. Thanks again for all your help! read more

Ordered my phone and was set-up for curbside pickup. I arrived with my pregnant wife and waited over an hour in the parking lot after checking in. After waiting for so long my wife went in(i was fuming) to ask what is taking so long and the gentleman said he had no idea we were there at the business(we even checked-in as the sign had prompted us to)and that they did not have my wife's phone in stock and the order was "cancelled,"after we had already received notification that her phone was ready. We live in modesto and happened to be in tracy for the day for a family event and chose this location out of convenience. Fast forward a few days and now we are receiving text notifications that her phone is ready at the Tracy location. Not too sure what kind of operation is being ran here but i will be telling my family and friends to steer clear of this place. Also, the number listed on the yelp page is out of service. That should tell you how they conduct business. read more

Awful service, had a in store pickup from an online order. Called ahead and they said it they got my order and it would be ready shortly. I turned up a few hours later and the girl went to the back, and I heard her talking to the other girl and saying, "we don't have it anymore". Then she came back to explain to me that the order was cancelled because the phone was on hold for another customer from last week. She never told me it was cancelled and said that she's telling me now. I never got any confirmation the orders been cancelled, infact the opposite, all I had was the confirmation of the order. I contacted Verizon Support and they said the order was not cancelled, the girl was really pushing me to get a refund and that she was gonna show me how to do it right now. Scams, seems like they were not interested to owning up to what had happened and were covering for each other. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have been a Yelper for years, take your business ELSEWHERE. read more

Don't go here. The visit took 3x as long as it should have, which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get double charged for an upgrade they messed up (that's an extra $35 tacked on to my bill) and had other items tacked on and changed on my bill without my knowledge or consent. Let's not forget the $20 device transfer fee which they say is mandatory but they don't do anything special in the process that warrants a charge. Save your time and got to bestbuy, target, or a corporate location if you're lucky enough to have one nearby. read more

And the Manager Reed was also very friendly and knowledgeable very good customer service from Mr. Reed and his staff. These guys definitely know how to get stuff done. I watched Mr Reed help an older lady Technology can be very overwhelming for them. Monique was awesome! Super helpful and sweet even after a customer was rude to her for no reason. Come check her out!

JACKIE. I cannot rave enough about her. She took over this location several months back and has been trying to unravel the mess the previous employees (term used very loosely) created with my account. It has been almost a year and a half I have been fighting to get the credit/money from the promotion that was going on when I switched over to Verizon. I don't know if anything can be done after all this time but Jackie is trying her best, communicating and keeping me in the loop and is super professional about the whole thing. I just spent about 3 hours in the store yesterday upgrading my phone, I had so much stuff on my old phone it took forever to download onto the new one. Jackie and I chatted in between her other customers as I waited. She is an awesome person. If she can help you, she will. If she can't, she will be honest about it with you. If you had a shitty experience with this place before she took over, please do not go in and take it out on the current employees. An entirely different company owns this location now. They will do what they can to help you though, just be nice! Thank you Jackie for putting up with me and trying to help fix my account! read more

Waited in the parking lot for curbside pickup for an hour to be told my order was cancelled

Flawless customer service. Exceptional experience. We have been to other Verizon locations in the area but nothing like the attentiveness we received from Neelam tonight. Hubby came in determined to get a Note 9 but left happily with the lastest/most relevant Note device. She helped him pick out his case, ordered the 5g, and even put on the screen protector for his new temp phone until the other one arrives. She really went above and beyond. The transaction went so smooth, we were thinking about buying other devices just to work with her some more. We will be back! read more

I came to this store to get a new phone after calling and talking to someone who told me about special offers, pricing they had and that they had the phone I wanted in stock. When I arrived I found out that everything I had been told was a LIE. The phone was not in stock, the pricing was not better they where I had just left and there were no other deals as promised. No explanation, no nothing. They even tried to make it seem like I did not know what I was talking about or called the wrong store which I proved wrong when I redialed the number and their phone ringed. This store employs liars, beware. Complaint filed with their head office ( with no reply ) this must be a accepted by the management. Also spoke with Verizon directly. DO NOT shop here. read more
