The guy who helped us wasn't super friendly but he answered our questions and let us know up front the requirements for trading in my phone. I asked for help in Spanish, but instead of assisting me, I continued to be ignored. I have been an AT&T customer for 20 years, so I was especially disappointed and surprised by the way I was treated. Another customer noticed what was happening and offered to translate for me. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse because Mario treated that customer disrespectfully as well. They ended up arguing with each other. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I believe customers should be treated with respect and provided with proper assistance, regardless of the language they speak.
