Zencom was recommended by my security camera company to come in and replace the fiber so I could get my cameras back up and running. Adam came out from Zencom and quickly assessed the situation, spoke the language of my security company and developed a plan to replace the fire damaged cabling. Within a very short time, he obtained the necessary supplies and had the replacement installed in less than a day. More impressively, he came back and spent hours making sure all the cameras were back up, correcting minor issues he came across with my initial installation and left me in a much better situation than I was in even before the fire. Scammers. I went into the Xfinity store to exchange a WiFi extender that's still working but…read moremaking a loud noise and getting dangerously hot. I explained that clearly and asked for a replacement. The first employee with a tablet was completely unhelpful and basically said "nope, we can't do that", then wasted my time taking my info and sending me to someone more useless employee. The second employee had the same useless attitude and confidently told me I "have to buy a new one," we don't exchange them, as if they were sure of the policy. well, I when home and called Xfinity's 800 number, and they said it was no issue at all; they're sending me a replacement. So, this store either doesn't know Xfinity's own policy or they're pushing customers to spend money they don't need to. Either way, the employees' attitude and lack of basic help was ridiculous. Avoid this location if you want accurate information or decent service. They are scammers.

Network wiring for 10 workspaces were done with 2 network ports in each station. We also upgraded our network rack which Wire Guys order for a very reasonable price. As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask.
