She seriously knows what she's doing and she goes through all the options with our priorities in mind. And when we decide not to buy anything (which has happened the majority of the time) she is always polite and doesn't act like we wasted her time or anything. She even remembered us from a previous visit this last time, and I did end up buying a phone from her, and the fact that she remembered we didn't buy anything from her didn't seem to affect the way she treated us at all. The store itself is a little bare, there aren't too many things to look at or buy. But in general, I feel like these days, you go into a store like this sort of knowing what you want, so I don't think that should be much of a deterrent. Ask for Yani! She'll be a huge help!

I was…read moreaggressively pushed to add multiple new lines to my account and told it was required for certain promotional benefits. I ended up leaving with several devices I didn't actually need. After reviewing everything at home, I realized the changes were unnecessary and not what I wanted. I had to return all the devices within their very strict return window, and even though I acted quickly, I still had to pay restocking fees. I also had to contact T-Mobile support to undo everything and restore my original plan. The whole situation felt misleading and stressful. Customers should be able to trust that they're getting honest information and not being pressured into extra lines or devices. Definitely double-check anything you're offered here.

She insisted she is used to Samsung and something else would be confusing, Matt assured her the Google was just like her Samsung. within one week she was unable to use the phone due to confusion with the new phone. We returned with 7 days to cancel service and return the items. Matt informed us that although we were withthe 30 day window the accessories 3 in 1 charger case screen protector were non refundable. For one week of service and a phone she could not use she was charged $150 I believe elderly customers deserve clearer explanations and guidance when switching carriers and devices. No one acknowledges I'm clearly waiting for help (not browsing). I just wait and wait and wait until I finally walk out. Service appears to be much faster and easier dealing with the ATT website. Eventually I'll end up upgrading my old iPhone 8...and when I do it will be a direct ship from the website upgrade, because the ATT store experience...has not been an experience at all. Mind you, I've been an ATT wireless customer for DECADES. In the past, service used to be so much faster and so much more attentive. The inconsistencies at this store are absolutely disruptive. Then, we went back in to drop off the trade in and was helped by someone that turned us away and told us to go directly to UPS, even though the email said to drop the phone off at the store. Then UPS turned us away because we didn't have the right information. Finally someone explained that their system was down and walked us over to UPS with the right code. This isn't my first time with issues in service quality and accuracy with Verizon. The Martinez location that closed down was also disruptive and caused extra work for us after the sale was made.
