They didn't fix my phone either, but I appreciated their customer service. I was referred over to them from that AT&T store because I had dropped my iPhone ); Being a post-grad student on a budget I was happy to hear their policy that if they couldn't fix the phone, I wouldn't be obligated to pay the $25 "open phone" fee. After I left the phone with Mario for a bit, he was able to half-fix it (he managed to turn it on and diagnose the digitizer broken), and offered to charge only $10 for his time spent. Mario also did a good job describing what happened, what to do next, and how he wouldn't scam me by charging for a new phone part when I may need another, etc. etc. He recommended to buy another phone. I thought this was exceptional and professional customer service. His manager, Matt, was also very understanding and helpful. All in all, I would recommend going to them. Definitely one of those hole-in-the wall businesses that need to be appreciated in the spotlight. read more

Ok. So they haven't been able to fix any of the phones I bring in. But they get the four stars for the outstanding service they provide. The first time I came here I brought in my brand new pantech duo because I dropped in down the toilet and caused water damage (obviously). The staff was very nice and friendly, they took a look at my phone, told me it may take a few hours or over night and offered me a Loaner phone. They couldn't fix it and they didn't charge me because they couldn't fix it. If I took this somewhere else I'm sure they would have charged me for some type of labor fees. And if they were able to fix it they had mentioned it being like $40... way cheaper then sending it back or getting a new phone. Second time I came, to fix a blackberry curve. They couldn't fix it because the phone had some type of defect (this phone was refurbed) in the "brain" of the phone. And yet again they did not charge me for attempting to fix it. I ended up buying cell phone cases for my iphone which one was $10 and the other was $20 and the guy was very kind to just give me both cases for $20 instead of $30. I will reccommend this place to people who may need cell phone repairs and I will always stay loyal somehow to this place, either it being cell phone repairs or buying accessories. PS. I had went in to this place because I heard about it through a friend. I had a Sprint iPhone 4S that I needed to be unlocked for T-Mobile. The staff were very helpful with my situation. Though I had to wait an extra day for the part to come in for the conversion of service, it was well worth the wait. I ended up paying $65.00 for the conversion. Not a bad price, but I think it could have been lower for what they actually did. Overall, great customer service and I would recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed. read more

These guys are great!!!! I broke the glass on my iPhone 5. They fixed it in about 45 minutes. I got the phone fixed with a new cover and a glass proctor for $20.00 less that than the other guys. You don't need to go anywhere else for Phone repair and accessories. read more

Been to this store a few times for cell phone work and they always do excellent work. The staff might look unfriendly, but they know what they are doing. I travel internationally a lot and every time I need to unlock a phone or put on those plastic screen protectors or if my phone is acting funny, they have always done a great job. AT&T & Sprint are always busy and the staff always try to charge you up the yazoo so for anything AT&T or Sprint cannot resolve online, I go straight to MD Wireless where they do an expeditious job at a reasonable price. Took my iPhone there to fix the screen because it shattered! The men there were nice and replaced it very quickly. Shortly after they fixed that problem the microphone on my phone stopped working and the only way I can talk into my phone was with a Bluetooth! Then my screen stopped working! Couldn't see anything! I could still answer my phone through my bluetooth but had no idea who was calling. They took no responsibility and wouldn't help me because my 30 days had passed! My husband took the back off and found loose screws everywhere!!!! Will never go back again because now I have to go buy a new phone!!!!! read more

Terrible service. The guys that work here are super rude, and he sold me a faulty metro sd card lying about how buying it from them would be cheaper. Its 10 bucks and metro charges 8. The people at the metro store next to it were the ones who referred me over there to get the phone unlocked in the first place. I did NOT have a good experience here. read more

I got there with my phone pretty destroyed, and I haven't backed anything up in years. It was so bad that the first thing they said was 'ouch'. Ooopss... Anyways, they helped me right the way. Very professional. He didn't have hope that the phone would work to then be able to be backed up but he tried anyways, and I was lucky enough that he got it to work! He was patient enough to back everything up and put it to my new phone. Something simple, I know, but that I never put a lot of effort in learning and I couldn't relax until see all my stuff accessable again. Also, they were very affordable. I dont like who they have working there. They are not very customer friendly and will only buy what you have if they personally want to use your merchandise. I brought in a nice Asus computer and sitting there were five men behind the counter all saying no they didnt want it hella rude . i thought this was a place to take Good electronics and get cash for it?? The screen on my iPhone was broken and I wasn't able to recover my photos-- I brought it here and they were able to take the broken screen off and recovered everything! Not only was the screen broken, but you couldn't see anything (light board was out). I could only hear people calling! They fixed it fast and for a good price. read more

This is a great place. I had cracked my iPhone 4S screen and had gone to the AT&T store to see how I could go about fixing it. The lady who greeted me told me (once I had explained the situation) that MD Wireless would be a place that could fix it for cheap... a lot cheaper than a $200 new phone! I went there today and was helped by Mario, and I think the manager (not sure what his name is). He had the last screen to fix the 4S and did so within an hour (no sending off the phone!). Mario helped answer my questions in regards to what had actually happened and it was very nice to see that someone took a extra few minutes to explain rather than using technical phrases for me... a novice in phone terminology. I went in to fix my galaxy note thought it had problems with the battery therfore I brought it in to md wireless for service they tried to bribe me into buying a new battery ohh it's a diagnose fee what ended up happening is they took the battery out my phone and charge it I come back later that week for the battery they tell me they don't know where the battery is or why in left it they should have charged me for electricity and it's not there fault they took stolen battery life lesson don't leave anything with them low life criminals filling out police report I will never home here again stay far away!!! Matt the owner is GREAT. I spoke with a few people regarding my Samsung S5 that has a black and cracked screen. The phone rings and receives msgs, but I cant answer or see anything. None of the buttons work. I received outrages answers and pricing. I was referred to MD WIRELESS. I went in expecting the worse. Matt greeted me, I showed him my phone and told him I wanted to transfer my info from the old phone to the new. He immediately start working on it. 10-15 minutes later he says I'm almost done. I was totally happy. When he brought me my phone he showed me my original SS from the old phone on the new phone, I just knew he had SAVED the day. And the pricing was AMAZING!
