Maybe this owner is just sexist and racist because he was very disrespectful. I came in to fix my…read morephone and he takes a look at it and at first just says he'll have to diagnose it to see what can be wrong, I understand that. I told him what I think could be the issue from just using it myself which is the battery and the broken back screen so he can do whatever he wants with that info I gave him which may or may not help with diagnosing the issue. But after I said what was wrong with it he laughed in my face and tells me that it could be worse and I should just buy a new phone because it could be the motherboard even though he didn't diagnose it yet he gives me a false claim and laughs at my face just because I wanted to share what I thought could be wrong too. He then proceeds to tell me but he will have to diagnose it and tomorrow because he was closing so I understood and asked if I can just bring it by tomorrow and he's mad at this point that he says my phone is broken and I should just go buy a new one. Like why do you think I'm at the repair shop you dumbass! So I told him that I was just at another shop who diagnosed it in 10 mins and was more than happy to change the battery and screen for me because that was the issue and I left

After I left the phone with Mario for a bit, he was able to half-fix it (he managed to turn it on and diagnose the digitizer broken), and offered to charge only $10 for his time spent. Mario also did a good job describing what happened, what to do next, and how he wouldn't scam me by charging for a new phone part when I may need another, etc. etc. He recommended to buy another phone. I thought this was exceptional and professional customer service. His manager, Matt, was also very understanding and helpful. All in all, I would recommend going to them. Definitely one of those hole-in-the wall businesses that need to be appreciated in the spotlight.
