Even though the customer service was perfectly fine, never coming back for a "cheap" fix. Came in to fix a phone because of a little line on the screen due to dropping it. Couple weeks go by and it is now even worse than it was prior to going in to get it fixed. Cant text can't call or use the phone. read more

My iPhone screen was completely obliterated, and I was literally hopeless, thinking I was going to need a new phone. Heard about this place and figured I'd at least see if it could be repaired. Walked in, greeted by a kind man named Abdul, asked if this beat down iPhone had any chance of survival and he said "YES"! 20 minutes later, I had a brand new screen and an awesome new phone case. I broke my iPhone XS Max screen so bad that I couldn't use the lower half of my phone. Unlocking it, my keyboard, nothing. I thought all Hope was lost. I called around before coming here and even went to the Antioch Mall for quotes. He was the nicest and cheapest. I brought it in and it was fixed the next day. I thought it would at least take 2-3 days. Nope. It was ready for pickup maybe 13 hours later. I was so excited. I went in, and perfect as new! I'm so happy I will never go anywhere else. He also gave me a screen protecter thank you! Your loyal customer, Amanda Saghebi read more

Great service and quick fix for my iPhone issues. Highly recommend. Very fair prices! Thank you! 5 Stars!

After all the screens that I and my kids have broken over the years, I can't believe this is the first time I came across iRepair. This time, my son broke his new ipad screen so I went on Yelp to get quotes. Yama responded right away. Not only did he come in as one of the lowest bids, but he said he could get it in done in an hour while others said it would take days. I brought it into the shop and I wish we would have just gone downstairs for ice cream from CREAM, because he got it done in only 30 minutes (he told me that there was someone ahead of me so it might be a bit)! The OEM screen works great and is like brand new. I will be bringing all future phone repair things here. read more

Customer service is amazing here along with their repair service. My husband took our daughters phone for camera repair, it only took 30 mins. When we came back to pick it up we noticed a dark spot in the camera that wasn't there before. We brought it to their attention and they immediately replaced it at no cost. Beyond happy with their services. read more

Love this place . I go here all the time. I'm born and raised in oakley and I like to support local businesses if I can. However, I will not support any business that I can't stand behind. Fortunately for me, every experience I've had while seeking service from here has been more than satisfactory and that in itself is a true testament to love the owner has for his craft and as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He is well versed in all areas of technology and mobile repair and maintenance. He wouldn't steer anyone wrong just to make a profit which is something you've got to respect and admire as a consumer because this day in age not everyone cares about the betterment of their community but only about personal financial gain. One other thing I enjoy most about going here is the eclectic array of tech accessories he offers. His inventory is vast and very on trend with what's in style presently (i.e designer inspired cases , pop sockets , phone wallets etc. ) My personal favorite thing he sells are his luxury inspired fashion accessories ; who as someone who owns a large collection of authentic Louis Vuitton , Gucci and Chanel items - am confident in saying it's nearly impossible to tell the difference between the authentic piece and the high quality imitation item that he offers. Wish I would have saved my money and shopped here! Long review short ... come here for all of your cell phone repair needs- there is no other option! This is the best that there is in terms of price , quality and execution. read more

Cell Phone Repair Vfix - Both face Masks and phone case were purchased here. The case for an iPhone 7plus, purchased just a few days ago. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Oakley, California

I brought my phone in to have the camera screen replaced. The technician replaced the screen but my camera is blurry now. It worked just fine even with a cracked screen. I returned to this shop and all I got from the same guy is an excuse. He basically said it was my fault because I broke my phone. There are marks on the camera rim and dust particles in the lens housing. Grrrr! AND, he bent the backing of my camera. I do not recommend this shop. Most businesses would try to come up with a solution to fix this problem. read more

Excellent, efficient service with a great price. My shattered screen is no more in 25 minutes!! I highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier with with Abdul's work. I contacted him late on a Saturday night to get a quote to replace the broken screen on my iPhone X. He got back to me super fast and had the best pricing. Took 20 minutes to get the screen replaced early on Sunday morning. Got a free screen protector and he's got great pricing on cases so I picked one up. Walked out of there feeling like I had a brand new phone. read more

My son broke the screen on his phone, again. The last few times he broke it I ordered from Amazon and did myself. Unfortunately the last time I did I messed it up (my eyes are not what they once where) and got very frustrated. When he did it this time I knew I was not going to bring that kind of stress back into my life. I got on Yelp and requested a quote for his iPhone XR. Prices ranges from $110 to $159. iPhone Repair was the first to respond and they were the cheapest. Conveniently they were also the closest to my house. I was really impressed how quickly he was able to get it done, less than 15 minutes. Phone is working great and now he has no excuse for not checking in. I hope no one has to use this service but if they do, this is the place to go! read more

In and out in 20 minutes, and the price was very good. Can't get any better than that. My new spot to get repairs done.

I had him fix an iPhone 8 and am iPad mini 2 a few weeks ago and wanted to wait a bit before posting review to see how things held out. Both devices are working perfectly fine and look great! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!! Highly, highly recommend this place! Outstanding customer service, very professional, very reasonable pricing, quick service! Can't say enough good things! My iPad screen was completely shattered (thanks, my toddler) and shattered screens are more complicated to fix than just simple cracks. There were 3 iPads before me and he was still able to get mine done within the same day (dropped off before noon, picked up before they closed). Really wish I had taken a before picture, but my iPad now is like new! Thank you so much, Abdul! read more

I had 3 green lines going through my cracked screen. I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday immediately and it only took 15 minutes for him to make my iPhone XS Max look brand new again! read more

Took in my iPhone 8 to the gentleman and asked him "What could be wrong with my iPhone," since it had a black screen with a spinning wheel since yesterday. I tried to do hard reset and a restore yesterday and nothing would fix my problem, the spinning wheel had been spinning for almost 24hrs. The battery wouldn't even die so it wouldn't shut off, tried plugging the phone into the computer, wall and car,and still nothing changed on the screen. I was so lucky that he was able to fix my iPhone less than 15 mins. He saved my phones life. Calling AT&T, is really a joke. All they want to do is file a claim for the for so they can do a diagnostic, to see what the issue is and then send you the same model iphone and pay for the deductible. "No, Thanks. IPhone Repair Oakley...to the rescue. He really does have the "magic" touch when it comes to fixing phones. Thank you again for your help! read more

Unfortunately I broke my screen and needed it repaired. Took it here to get repaired and received instant service with a quick turn around of 25 mins. The only down side and it was a major one , was the screen quality of the display once it was repaired it was almost unbelievable the difference. I would of rather kept the cracked screen on. Fast service and I did leave with a fixed screen, so if that what you need it's perfect but if quality of the display is a concern I'd shop around. read more

I stopped at IPhone Repair on Main Street in Oakley to have a cracked IPhone screen repaired. Turned out I wasn't paying attention and I had 2 glass sheet protectors on the screen, and the bottom one was cracked. Abdul was very honest, laughed with me, and I bought a new protector which he put on for me. He could have just replaced it, like others would, but he was honest. Recommend this place for sure. read more

Very fast service. Professional and quote is the cheapest in bay area. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

They were quick and thorough. I dropped off my son's iPad at 10 and had it back by 1. The price was more than fair.
