I had an appointment with Kimberly who transferred the data, applied a screen saver and patiently and thoroughly answered all questions I had about my new iPhone. Credit card statement shows the return credit, presumably the tax I'd paid on the S25 being returned to my credit card account on April 1, 2025. Fast forward 14 months and my wife convinces me to switch back to AT&T, but in the process, Verizon says I owe them $477 to "buy out" the device (the S25). After 2 hours dealing with Verizon customer support, they cannot do anything for me, because they have NO RECORD of the return. This means Victra either A.) failed to complete the return with Verizon after I returned the device to them or B.) willfully kept the phone I returned without notifying Verizon of the return. In the first case, this would be massive incompetence, and in the second, outright fraud. Either way I'm out $477 because of it. I attempted to call the store to resolve this, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Do NOT do business with these people ever.

    DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of ignoring all the 1-star reviews and paid for it with 10 hours…read moreof my life. Avoid this place like the plague and visit a corporate T-Mobile store instead. I went to this location to upgrade my phone and specifically requested 256GB of storage. After about two hours, I left with a 128GB phone, and the new phone had been assigned to a new phone number instead of upgrading my existing line. I returned later, and the store acknowledged the storage issue and swapped the phone, which took another hour. I was also told my monthly bill would go down from about $230 and that I would receive a hotspot promotion. Instead, my next bill was over $530. I returned again and was told the issue would be fixed within two days, but a week later the bill still had not been corrected. I was only able to fix it by reaching out to T-Mobile directly. The agent who supported me could not believe how many mistakes were made on my account by this store. Of course, I also learned that the hotspot wasn't part of a promotion and now I'm bound by a contract that requires me to pay $30/month for the next 2 YEARS. Of course the 14-day return period lapses before you get your next bill. Based on my experience, and the experiences of others who left 1-star reviews, employees at this location scam and cheat you to add unnecessary devices, lines, etc. to your account so they can boost their own commission. From the moment I walked in my gut was telling me I was being set up, and I should have trusted myself and the reviews here. Do not repeat my mistake.

    Stephanie provided exceptional customer service!…read more I visited this T-Mobile store to return my T-Mobile Internet equipment because, unfortunately, the service wasn't meeting my needs. Zoom meetings would constantly cut in and out. I often had to turn my camera off just to get through calls, and the connection seemed to get even worse on windy days. Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. She applied it perfectly and took her time to make sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of attention to detail and pride in customer service. I've visited several T-Mobile stores over the years, and I would absolutely make the trip across San Francisco to this location again just to work with Stephanie. She made what could have been a frustrating errand a genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Stephanie, for your patience, professionalism, and exceptional customer care!

These are hard working people and clearly those who gave bad reviews have no idea what hard work means. Having said that, I want to recognize each staff member I interacted with starting with my salesperson Priscilla. Priscilla, you are amazing. I had no intention of buying a phone but instead of selling me, you showed me some things that sounded sensible and great. I decided to go with it and purchase the iphone air. Priscilla should be an envy of other salespeople. So gentle, so polite, so professional yet personable. Did each and every thing she said she would 100%. Not one single complaint can I come up with. As far as management, Julie wow is all I have to say and (forgive any misspells, Meena, Naema, Julie and Priscilla are who I interacted with. One other person but I didn't get her name. She appeared to be of islander possibly filipina decent. I did have a bad experience at that store years ago but the experience now? WOW WOW WOW! I will refer anyone confidently to Priscilla without hesitation. Hopefully you get some recognition from upstairs as in most companies, they just sit there, give orders and have no idea what it is like to be in the trenches like these wonderful people. I challenge you to do what they do for just one single day. You never will though. Additionally, parking is difficult at this location. The lot is small and is typically used as overflow for all of the many eateries and businesses at the location.
