Probably one of the worst T-Mobile locations I've ever been to. We signed in with only two people ahead of us and three employees working, so I didn't expect the wait to be that long. Unfortunately, two of the employees kept disappearing into the back for what seemed like 30-35 minutes at a time, leaving one employee out front helping a single customer while everyone else just sat there waiting. Every time the back door opened, you could see the other employees sitting around, talking and laughing while customers were waiting for service. Whoever is managing this location really needs to take a serious look at the staffing and customer service. Customers shouldn't be sitting there wondering why three employees are on the clock but only one appears to be helping anyone. I definitely won't be returning to this location. Even the two in front of us left as well too. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience made it seem like having fun in the back was more important than helping the customers sitting right in front of them. read more

I went to the T-Mobile store to drop off a router and was told it would be a 1-hour wait just to hand it over. Completely unacceptable. T-Mobile has become the new AT&T -- poor network reliability, terrible customer service, long phone hold times, and consistently bad in-store experiences. read more

Horrible customer service. Could not get a refund for pop socket value $10.91. Went back 4 time within 14 day window but lines were way too long to wait. Went back on 6-25-26 and was told I'm passes the refund time inspite of explaining what happened. It would have taken a couple of minutes on the initial attempts to process a refund. This place has notoriously long wait times, I'd skip it and go somewhere else. It's not the $10.91 but the principle of helping a customer with a simple quick transaction. read more

So I love this location,because the customer service is always on point. So last week, right after work, I stop in to get my privacy screen changed, when I notice it's oddly quiet and the atmosphere was a little tense. Five minutes after I walk in, a lady who's obviously been there quite awhile, is complaining about, "a chip" on the corner of her phone. You really couldn't assume I was eavesdropping, because she made it a point for everyone in the store to hear her. She complained numerous times, that she had to drop 30 miles to go there, in my mind; I'm like lady I drove 123 miles around trip to get here. So she keeps tearing into the young man helping her, but by those time her kid, started having a bloody nose, but the other associates have already started helping him by giving him paper towels to stop the blooding. She finally calms down and starts speaking to him with more grace and respect. We all know, a chip on your phone is user error and that isn't T-Mobile's fault your entitled ass dropped or bumped the phone on something. When my turn finally arrives, the guy who fixed my phone previously whispers, "You missed quite the show earlier", I respond, "Yeah I can see that the show finally calmed down". I mean we all have problems in life, but this is T-Mobile, not your therapist or therapy session. The folks here can't fix your personal issues, they can't change the fact, that you're clumsy or entitled. They can however, provide you with great customer service, which is what she and I both received that night. So keep it up y'all, and ignore the negativity and the bad reviews, because honestly it's all about our attitudes. Worst store ever. Most of the time when you visit, it's a minimum 40 min. wait. Today the person that checked me in tells me that I can check-in and they'll call me on the phone when it's my turn and I won't have to wait in the store. Great. Placed an order online and chose the PH location to pick up my order. I expected to walk in, tell them I had an online order ready for pick up, be handed my order and leave. Oh no. I was made to wait for at least 30 mins then what a FIASCO. I won't even TRY to describe. TO PICK UP AN ONLINE ORDER RATHER THAN HAVE IT SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE? The entire process took more than an hour and employees kept walking into the 'back room' doing absolutely nothing while I'm sitting there waiting. What A joke. Went to upgrade my phone after having it for 12 years and I wanted to come on here to specifically mention the girl that helped me, Mary. A few days earlier, she actually was the one to help my dad purchase a new phone and set it all up as well. My dad, being the age that he is, has decided he is not at all interested in technology like internet, email, or smart phones, or learning about them, so the fact that Mary took the time out to sit there and thoroughly explain and walk him through everything as well as hand pick a phone that she thought would work best for him and his situation was amazing. This girl is a rock star. She not only patiently worked with my father, but also made sure to look up every time someone else walked into the store and happily greet them with a smile, eye contact, and (actually, more than a few times) by name. She was patient, kind, understanding, helpful, and never stopped smiling-even when it got to us having to wait on hold for quite a while. I will personally recommend this location to friends and anyone who asks specifically because of Mary. She and Abigail (her coworker) were both so amazing and I hope I have the pleasure of working with either again next time I'm in for an upgrade! The lack of efficiency and customer service is telling at this particular location. This is a review I'm sure the staff from 4/22/25 knew was coming. *5 associates (excluding the MOD that was in the back room coming in/out) understandably all with customers *Took 5-10 minutes to get checked in on the tablet with an associate *Customer before me was quoted 20-30 minute wait *A family of 3 walked in 15-20 minutes AFTER me was taken care of by the MOD within 15-20 minutes upon THEIR arrival *Associate who checked me in apologizes for the wait (at this point, I've been waiting for an hour) and says she'll take care of me since she's almost done with her customer; finishes, goes in the back room (MOD trails right behind her), associate comes out to tell me that "we can't skip customers, we have to go by the order (again, not knocking this- however, YOU came to tell me that you were willing to help me because you knew how ridiculous I was waiting for a REPLACEMENT) All in all, I waited nearly 2 hours (an hour and 30-45 minutes) for a transaction that took A MINUTE AND 30 SECONDS TO PROCESS. T-Mobile, do better. Find a better way to take care of your existing customers. Skip this location, go to Walnut Creek. read more

I moved here from Las Vegas (first mistake will be moving back) the customer service here is beyond terrible . All I needed was help with a screen protector I already had to wait weeks to receive because the store was out of stock strike one . I wait patiently no one greets me no one even seems to acknowledge I'm there strike two . Then a couple walks in the door after I've been waiting for already twenty minutes with a toddler and an employee comes from the back and helps them as soon as they walk through the door . I ask if she can just help me put the screen protector on and she continues to help the couple that just walked in instead of just going in the order we came in . I have lost hope for all customer service workers in California and feel bad that this state represents poor customer service in all aspects. might even change my carrier after this read more

Yesterday at 7:48 pm I went to the store to get help activating a replacement phone that was having issues getting to my iCloud, I come to this store location for help but I get greeted by the representative I don't recall his name but he try to help me but he couldn't because the store had no WIFI ‍‍ when he ask about it to this other woman she was very rude responding to a simple question, than she starting giving an attitude because I was not wearing a mask, I told her that I was fully vaccinated i had my card to show, she said she didn't care that i must get out of the store, she was very rude and disrespectful and yes she got on my nerves, and make me very upset first they had no sign at the door that mask was required, she refused to even hear me or even attempted to help me, she just kick me out of the store (Jennifer ) was her name, forgot that I was a customer, I'm not going back to that store and I'm already looking for a new telephone company to move my accounts... horrible service giving by that Jennifer , horrible customer service read more
