Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. She applied it perfectly and took her time to make sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of attention to detail and pride in customer service. My phone was on its last bit of battery, and despite staying a few minutes past closing, they never made me feel rushed. They patiently helped finish setting up my phone--even after I accidentally ignored the "don't touch anything" instructions and somehow managed to manifest a last-minute rush of customers. I also want to thank the wonderful woman who answered all of my questions before I even started the setup process. Everyone in the store was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. Salena even made small talk with me about my nails while we waited. As someone with social anxiety, it definitely spiked my anxiety a little--but it also counted as my social interaction for the week, so I'll call that a win. I requested only one internet service, but AT&T created two separate accounts for the exact same address--one business account and one home internet account. I received only one gateway and never received, activated, or used any equipment for the second account, yet AT&T still billed me $65.85. I am extremely angry and disappointed. AutoPay does not give a company permission to take money for services a customer never requested or received. After years of repeated billing problems, I have completely lost trust in AT&T. Please check every AT&T bill and AutoPay charge very carefully.
