Cellular City Phone Repair was referred to me by my father who has always had great experiences with the owner, James. Now having conducted business with him, what I can say is that James is a gentleman who provides very fair prices, great service, and super helpful tips. I called in the schedule an appointment early in the morning and he encouraged me to come in, so he could inspect my phone to get a better understanding of what my problems were. He saw me immediately, and gave me a turnaround time of about four hours. Given this wasn't scheduled in advance, and when I returned to the store he was just finishing up, I couldn't have been more pleased to have my phone functioning normal again. After receiving payment, he mentioned that I should call back if any issues occurred after the service. From his friendly and respectful demeanor, as well as great reputation, not just with my father, but also from multiple comments listed on Yelp and other review platforms, I believe his word to be true and well definitely return if I ever need any other service for my smart phone.
