They definitely know their stuff and are honest, courteous, and efficient. I waited for a short time and while waiting, was able to watch Netflix. Super cool! I tried Herman in Hayward the other time that I broke the screen and he is highly recommended as well. However, it'll cost you and he has less conventional hours. iCracked was a crock. Their website is entirely misleading as it quoted me $89. Then I got an automated text that said $89 plus tax. THEN I got a text from the actual tech that was supposed to come and repair it that it would now cost $129. He also wanted to offer me a gold home button for another $30, but here's the thing: there's nothing wrong with my button, it's just the screen so whatever. Totally shady.
