The only Hustle I had this time was the out of stock batteries I waited few weeks for the batteries. Also the repair took a bit longer 2.5 Hours. But overall I'm very satisfied with the service. When I got the refurbished Apple Watch Series 8 it's a bit laggy and the screen size is a bit out of place. But then after the battery replacement with Phone Repair Pros it's Surprisingly better than I first had it. I tried Herman in Hayward the other time that I broke the screen and he is highly recommended as well. However, it'll cost you and he has less conventional hours. iCracked was a crock. Their website is entirely misleading as it quoted me $89. Then I got an automated text that said $89 plus tax. THEN I got a text from the actual tech that was supposed to come and repair it that it would now cost $129. He also wanted to offer me a gold home button for another $30, but here's the thing: there's nothing wrong with my button, it's just the screen so whatever. Totally shady. Now having conducted business with him, what I can say is that James is a gentleman who provides very fair prices, great service, and super helpful tips. I called in the schedule an appointment early in the morning and he encouraged me to come in, so he could inspect my phone to get a better understanding of what my problems were.
