My cat keeps throwing my electronics on the ground I think in a jealous rage. This phone repair…read moreshop keeps fixing. My cat has lots problems. He likes to bite humans and throw their prized electronics on the ground. The more expensive the more he enjoys the destruction of that particular consumer good. I think he is jealous of this outdoor homeless cat family - The Meows - that I am slowly coming to love. My Apple Laptop and numerous phones all ruined. Filled with precious photos and videos all not backed up. My favorite Pig Pig video, my special friend dancing with Dr Dana in her living room cheek to cheek - not those cheeks - hot and steamy - bumping and grinding - all the best memories a person could have locked up in a phone with its guts spilling out. I love my little guy. I learned not to compare my new feline companion to Ms. Pig. She was perfect. No problems - just a companion that sat there and snoozed away and one had the feeling all was well in the world with her there. I tried to replace her with Rinks and Sweets - but that was a no go. Rinks - Ms Independent and Sweets - well, that was like no company at all. Enter Mr Moose - I invited pure chaos into my home. I'm so glad I have this business so near to my home. I don't think they can fix my cats biting or jealousy problems but they do know electronics. Watch out Mr Moose. Mr and Mrs Meow and all their Mini Meows might just take your place one day....

From the moment you walk in, the entire experience feels professional, organized, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. The communication is excellent, the technicians are knowledgeable, and the quality of the work consistently speaks for itself. Every time I've brought my phone in for a screen replacement or other service, the process has been straightforward, hassle-free, and handled with care. The technicians are top tier, and the customer service is equally impressive. They demonstrate professionalism, integrity, courtesy, patience, and genuine appreciation for their customers. Those qualities matter, especially when you're handing someone an expensive device that you depend on every day. They definitely know their stuff and are honest, courteous, and efficient. I waited for a short time and while waiting, was able to watch Netflix. Super cool! I tried Herman in Hayward the other time that I broke the screen and he is highly recommended as well. However, it'll cost you and he has less conventional hours. iCracked was a crock. Their website is entirely misleading as it quoted me $89. Then I got an automated text that said $89 plus tax. THEN I got a text from the actual tech that was supposed to come and repair it that it would now cost $129. He also wanted to offer me a gold home button for another $30, but here's the thing: there's nothing wrong with my button, it's just the screen so whatever. Totally shady. Thank goodness for the recommendation! Do whatever you need to and come to Bay IC Repair and it'll be a nice and professional experience.

I got my smartphone battery replaced at Cellular City Phone Repair in San Leandro!…read more Recently, I noticed my smartphone battery was rapidly losing power. Well, I didn't want to buy a new phone, so I looked into replacing the battery. I watched a few DIY YouTube vids, and decided I better find a professional tech to handle this. Using Yelp Projects, I found Cellular City in San Leandro. James responded to my request, and he asked for details about my phone and the problem. He quoted me an estimate on their website of $99-$149, and about 90-min repair time. I scheduled an appt, and it covered a 2-hour time slot. This place is easy to find, it's in a shopping plaza at Doolittle Drive & Marina Blvd. There's two special parking spots just for customers of Cellular City. James is very professional and easy to deal with. There's no pushy suggestive selling or unwanted services. Battery replacement was $100, no added fees. All done in under 2 hours. James gave me a few tips on how to prolong battery life. My phone runs fine now.
