I probably would have had to sit there another hour. Reps seem to be new or incompetent. They constantly have to communicate with each other like they are confused. Been to other stores and they are much more competent and self reliant. Never going to this location again unless I'm in the mood to dance and wait and time isn't important.

I was very happy to have read the reviews on yelp that recommended this place and especially the…read moresales rep, Greg Briggs. I visited the store, and indeed, he was extremely helpful. AT&T still gave us much of it's usual runaround, however, Greg had the patience to follow through with all the steps that were needed. I just couldn't manage them on my own, especially because of the cognitive challenges that arise from having multiple sclerosis, as well as my natural luddite tendencies. He was able to complete all of my lost cell phone service needs, even if it took over 4 hours (and two days). This is the kind of service that will help to continue to keep me as an AT&T customer. I'm grateful there is a physical store with staff. AT&T gets 2 stars, Greg gets 5 stars.

She said my account was eligible and my device was in good condition for the trade-in. We were there for a few hours and she didn't even check our plan to see if it was actually eligible for the trade-in promo I purchased the phone that day and went back into the store a few days later to return my previous device. I asked the guy to confirm that everything was all set, asked for a receipt, and requested an emailed receipt for my records. He confirmed that everything would be processed once the device was received on their end. Fast forward 1 week... I receive a text message saying that my plan is actually not eligible for the trade-in! I spoke with about 5 people before I found someone who was willing to deal with the issue. Customer service kept transferring me to the store, vice versa. They were unable to process the credit... so I asked them to return my previous device so I could return the new one.. since my phone is still within the 14 day return window. GUESS WHAT. They couldn't return my previous device AND they couldn't honor the credit. I'm lost an additional $800 that I was not planning on spending.

Zoom meetings would constantly cut in and out. I often had to turn my camera off just to get through calls, and the connection seemed to get even worse on windy days. Despite my frustration with the service itself, Stephanie made the entire return and cancellation process incredibly easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was handled correctly. What really stood out, though, was the care she took when applying a new screen protector to my daughter's iPhone 17. I was genuinely amazed watching her work. She applied it perfectly and took her time to make sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of attention to detail and pride in customer service. I've visited several T-Mobile stores over the years, and I would absolutely make the trip across San Francisco to this location again just to work with Stephanie. My phone was on its last bit of battery, and despite staying a few minutes past closing, they never made me feel rushed. They patiently helped finish setting up my phone--even after I accidentally ignored the "don't touch anything" instructions and somehow managed to manifest a last-minute rush of customers. I also want to thank the wonderful woman who answered all of my questions before I even started the setup process. Everyone in the store was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. Salena even made small talk with me about my nails while we waited. As someone with social anxiety, it definitely spiked my anxiety a little--but it also counted as my social interaction for the week, so I'll call that a win. She was warm, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel a lot more human. A huge thank you to Diego, Salena, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond. Great customer service, kindness, and patience like this are hard to find, and I truly appreciated it.

And some people need more help than others. So try to be patient. And they do not work miracles, so keep your expectations reasonable. I've been to the store on Crescent Dr a few times in the last few months to help with orders and tech support. Each time I was seen within a few minutes. On two occasions I had the pleasure of working with Julie. She's great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The store is lucky to have her.
