Amazing service. Was treated with respect and felt comfortable, typically don't experience that with high end retail.

I was just browsing for a new pair because my current sunglasses were getting loose and I needed to find frames that fit my thin and low nose bridge better. I found some frames I liked and Samantha let me try them on in all the colors they offered. After I decided on the colors, I was pleased to find out they were having a buy one get one free sale which I think they had last time I came in. I chose brown and black. When we got to the register we got to talking about my current sunglasses, also from Quay, and Samantha let me know they offer free adjustments for Quay sunglasses if you bring them in! She took one look at how they sat on my face and went to the back to adjust them; in no time she came back out and had me try them back on. She adjusted the sides and the nose pads, and to my surprise, she adjusted the nose pads the complete opposite way than I thought I needed and they fit me SO much better! My mind was blown realizing I didn't exactly need new sunglasses, I just needed them adjusted to fit my face correctly! I did need a new style though so I'm happy I found not one, but two colors in a new style. I also ended up purchasing the cute little black and gold zip up sunglasses case that I could potentially use as a wristlet wallet if I really wanted to. So two pairs of sunglasses, a new case that has multiple uses, AND I my current sunglasses fixed to perfection? Yeah, I ABSOLUTELY got my money's worth here! THANK YOU SAMANTHA! You are a life saver. I was so so so happy with my experience at Quay today :)

One of the representatives, Wendy, was incredibly helpful, as she took it upon herself to bring them to the back and reshape them back to normal. She was very attentive, going back and forth a few times to do adjustments to make sure it fit to my liking. She also offered to replace the nose pads and do a deep cleaning of the lens and frame since there was a bit of oxidization and wear/tear. She helped save my glasses and they definitely feel like new now - I cannot express how thankful I am for such good customer service and is a reason why I appreciate QUAY as a brand ever since I got my glasses from them a few years back.

Like, the size that means I should…read morenever breed, because clearly evolution or God is sending me a message so that I know not to have children, because no one would ever be cruel enough to inflict birthing a child with a head like mine on another person. This makes Sunglass shopping a huge pain in the butt, as most companies don't make sunglasses large enough for people with heads larger than a mini cooper. I have always dreamed of owning Ray Bans. Clearly I am not aiming high enough in life, since that was like my biggest dream ever, but that is an issue to be discussed another time (possibly in a review of me seeing a counselor to analyze why I lack real ambitions). Anyway, I had Ray Bans when I was younger, and seeing as I wore them before they were cool, like any true hipster in Ray Bans would, I was crushed when they broke, and my head got huge and I could not get new ones for me and my melon head. Jump to Christmas, 2013, when my loving mother tried to make my dreams of Ray Ban owning come true once again. Unfortunately, she underestimated the giant head she pushed out (that seems like someone one wouldn't forget, but who knows) and the glasses did not fit. Enough is enough, so I began hunting all over the great Contra Costa valley for Ray Bans to fit my head, when, in a moment of pure luck, I found a very helpful sales associate at the Sunglass Hut. Who could have known what a fateful meeting that would be? She showed me other brands that were similar in style, but would fit a noggin as large as my own. Unfortunately, I do not have the dollar bills to drop on Versace or the other brands she showed me, stylish though they were, and I am still partial to my hipster Ray Bans. She then told me, when I expressed my brand loyalty and desire to be one of the "cool kids" that RayBans actually can be modified, and that they had a machine that can take the hook of the back of the arms, allowing them to reach the many miles back from me face to behind my ears. She then perfectly molded the most glorious pair of sunglasses ever to grace the face of the earth, selling them to me all while smiling and being friendly, even with a headache. The customer service, the chit chat, those would earn four stars. The fifth star really comes from the fact that this Sunglass Hut makes dreams come true. My dream. Thank you Sunglass Hut.

I'm just a Ray Ban / Oakley kind of guy. My wifey likes the Gucci and higher brands. 5 mins in the store and not a word was spoken to us. Not a hello, no can I help you? The two gentleman there were at the counter, one was doing something with the register the other adjusting some glasses it looked like. There was no one else in the store but us four. I looked at my wifey and said, " Let's Go " because I sure wasn't going to initiate the first acknowledgement of us being in there. We were the consumers, not the employees. As I walked out, I said towards the two guys at the counter in my most sarcastic voice...., "Thanks for LETTING US browse..." One looked up and gave a half ass nod. WTF.

I'm not even a customer at this store, but they didn't hesitate to help. They offered me a free sample box of contact lenses that matched my prescription, no pressure and no strings attached. I had also checked with Costco, and while they had samples available, they said I could only get them if I placed an order. That would have left me without contacts for a week. This store actually cared and helped me when I needed it. Excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful.

I asked the clerk who checked me in and he said he liked the convenience of being able to park in the back to come to work. And, I, the 75 year-old customer needs to walk to a multi-story parking structure two blocks away. He added that, if they, the WP workers, couldn't park conveniently close like that, there would be no one here to help me, the customer. I asked him if the company endorsed the workers taking those four parking spaces. He said, yes, if there are spaces available. And stay for their entire shift!!! I find this hard to believe and hope that Management will read this review. These spaces are perfect to stop in easily for my short visits to the store. I'm not going to pan Warby Parker; I like their glasses. And the person who adjusted my frames was very nice and did a good job.
