Today I stood in line while the new worker was putting away product and the woman I usually see was in the back room, I waited for about 8 minutes in the front to check out while the worker was facing me but still putting away product, then the woman came out from the back room, he then rushed to the front to check me out .. I have been to several cosmo profs but this location has me locked in. Every time I go the people are so helpful. Especially Katlin is so knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. Very grateful for their knowledgeable and bed side manner. read more

This is by far the worst location in the area. Store is always a mess, yet there is never stock on the shelves. Sales reps are less than helpful. I go in about once a year in a pinch and always remember why I go out of my way to any other location. read more

We came into this store last Saturday to check out the pricings for drill bits but we found them too expensive so we left, thinking that we can check out other stores that may have cheaper prices. We didnt have time ti look at other places so we came back today to buy a drill bit and other nail supplies. All of the sudden the MANAGER came to us and ask "werent you here last Saturday" we replied yes. she had the nerve to say "OH you know we have security cameras right?" WHAT WAS SHE IMPLYING?! My sister askes her "excuse me? Are you accusing us of stealing? We can check cameras and call police if you like" Manager said " no, no just to inform you guys." LAST FREAKIN TIME WE WILL GO. Horrible customer service. The girl who works there is always rude. Top it off...we wanted to return a $7 tube of color because it was just purchased at their shop but had expired! We had called Paul Mitchell beforehand and they said it had expired but this store had the nerve to tell us that it's not their fault it had expired. They said it was their distributors issue. I looked at a couple of other items I had purchased and two more bottles had expired, per Paul Mitchell, 10 years ago! Their distributor seems to order in bulk and can't sell them and the store doesn't take responsibility for their products they are selling. $7 tube is not a big deal! Horrible attitude and then saying it's not their responsibility is however outrageous and unacceptable! read more

Recently moved to the area and have been here 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time it has been a different salesperson and the customer service has been HORRIFIC. These have to be the most unhappy, rude, unapproachable individuals. Very sad. read more

BY FAR THE WORST COSMO PROF IVE EVER BEEN TO!! I'm card holder member, I went in yesterday with 20 minutes to spare just to buy shampoo and conditioner. I walked into the store there where TWO store ASSOCIATES who where on their personal cellphones having a personal conversation. Myself and another client where patiently waiting at the front desk. I got directed to a cash register by an associate with a FINGER!!! As she refused to hang up her phone call and attend to clients. This wouldn't be so bad if she didn't run me through ABC questions of how I obtained my card and where I signed up, how I signed up etc. it didn't matter because I had my LICENSE IN HAND! She didn't even want to see it. I gave her my phone number she replies with "there's no number registered to a card on file" WHAT!? Extra 10 minutes goes by just buy some f'n shampoo! The second associate came over to help after the other associate was super unhelpful and keep in mind STILL ON THE PHONE! She asked me to register again I told her it was unnecessary because I was already a card member. Whatever! I did it anyways, on the iPad it says "email already in use" I showed them both what appeared on the iPad. They both looked puzzled and asked me to use a different email. Now I'm getting very irritated since I only have 20 MINUTES and I'm standing in the store just trying to buy shampoo with a license in my hand!!! After I entered the second email it said it again "email already in use" I expressed to both of them I'm out of time can I please just buy it and you can write down my license number. The second associate replies with. "We can call customer service." WHAT THE HELL??? This is the most absurd customer service I've ever dealt with! No apology or anything it was a simple solution. I've never wrote such a long review towards said a business but I am utterly upset with how I was treated and I wouldn't want any other customer to be in this situation whether it's buying shampoo or color doesn't matter!! It was a tall blonde girl with short hair and a small short Filipino girl. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I signed up with COSMOPROF MONTHS AGO ON THE ONE OFF OF GEARY. Never have I ever been to a Cosmo prof that will sell opened and used products at full price with no exception. Today I went in to purchase men's styling pucks. After I had shown a very kind employee that the only remaining container of product that I wanted was opened and had finger prints and obvious signs that it was used as well as dents and scratches all over the can; I asked if they had more in stock or could offer a discount. She offered to call her manager, Who then replied over the phone with "yah no we don't offer discounts." But had no interest in solving the problem. While obviously The employee in front of me could only do so much. Then only after I left did I open up my other puck and the protection shield was torn back and had fingerprints and signs of use of it as well. Horrible on managements part. read more

Val is a great manager, and the staff is amazing. They all get along great, they help out and are very attentive. The last manager was something else so that is why they weren't the best store back when. Once that manager left, Val took initiative to turn the whole store around and make something from nothing. They gained all trust from customers again, and it's back the way it should be. Definitely should check it out. read more

The store has a new manager Valerie and she is great. I really want the community that the store is being totally changed and modernized and seems so much more clean and airy and modern . Just saying from 20O8 this was a great store the manager was friendly and helpful, it was clean and supplied. So if u were one of the few who thinks she was crazy. Maybe u have mental issues. Valerie and staff r super nice. No reason to bager the old staff. Maybe u don't know the high pressure one has to deal with. And no thanks to the lousy district manager and also all cosmoprof stores have high amount of Theft and people not even licensed trying to shop with other people's cards. read more

The customer service at this location is very poor. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I my recent visit was unpleasant. The cashier was constantly poking and prying trying to find out if I'm going to shop lift or do something illegal. She first asked if I was licensed in which I replied "yes". She continue to ask which store I normally shop at. Which to me was really uncalled for. What does it matter where I normally shop at? If she must know, I told her "this store". She wouldn't stop there, as I was looking at some products, she continuously peaked around the aisle every few minutes to check out what I was doing. I felt like I was being watched the whole time. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I was relieved to get out of there as soon as possible. This location is the worst customer service that I have ever experience. read more
