Our children (now adults) and now our Grandson, love the place (best smelling 2nd grader in his class). He loves the sensory experience walking i- the smells, the touch, washing his hands with all the different soaps and gels and his favorite- the starch packing peanuts. The staff are always a delight and helpful and patient beyond all expectations with an 8 year old, and we appreciate them immensely.

Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn't notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. After multiple complaints and constant back and forth, they gave me a $50 gift card, which doesn't even come close to covering the products I now have to buy to fill it in and try to grow it back.
