I highly recommend Le Caprice. They have a great variety of treatments and they add new ones all the time. The quality of the products they use are exceptional. If you want to look like your best self without botox, fillers or plastic surgery, this is the place for you. You can either buy one treatment or do a package deal. I purchased the facial packet for $700 and was promised the moon. I was told that I would have a second facial analysis at the end to compare the results With my first one. I must admit that with the exception of one treatment, I was not happy with the process. All treatments were inconsistent and different from one another. Some included hands and arms and some just arms. One included neck and base of skull. The others did not. I have wasted some money in my life time but this was by far the biggest mistake and waste of money. Trying to sweet talk mature female citizens into buying a packet should be against the law. I witnessed on 3 different occasions when the manager used his honey dripping talks and gestures on older women. A simple look into his client history should show some proofs. read more

My appt at Le Caprice Med Spa was this past weekend and it was the WORST facial I ever had. First of all, my appt was reschedule the day before my treatment. When I arrived to the spa, I asked the front desk girl a series of questions, and she kept having to run to the back to ask her co-workers. I was initially scheduled for micro dermabrasion facial then I received another email saying I was rescheduled for an oxygen facial. As the treatment started, I asked series of questions regarding the facial, and what devices the tech was using. The aesthetician did not seem knowledgeable on the products or the procedure. As the facial was over, she hands me a mirror and I immediately noticed my skin was irritated on both sides of my face. When I asked her what that was, she told me I walked in with my skin that way. That was a completely false statement. When I told her that was not there, she told me it must be a pimple that was under the surface that was coming up. Again, not true statement. I asked to speak to a manager on the way out, and I was told he was not there. Then, I spoke to a front desk manager and she couldn't offer me any suggestions, answers or resolution. I've been coming to this place for a few years now. The service used to be good when the salon was in Walnut Creek. Now that they've moved to Orinda, not only is it a bit of a drive, but their service has gone downhill. I sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes and was never acknowledged. I listened to the owner upsell some woman facial packages and not once did he bother to acknowledge me. There was no one at the front desk and I can't believe I wasted my Saturday sitting here! I would have never found out about this place if I didn't come across an ad on Instagram for a $99 hydraderm facial, a combo of hydration and microdermabrasion. I figured it was such a great deal, I signed up and plus, I haven't had a facial since before the pandemic hit, so it was due time. The place had an immediate effect on me as soon as I walked in. It was cool, a refreshing break from the heat outside, and the the decor was modern and clean. Music was playing on a screen (90s R&B) and I was in my realm:-) My facial was done by Audrey and from beginning to end, with all the steps that she did on my skin prepping my skin for the hydraderm procedure and after, my skin felt like it worked out and looked super fresh and smooth afterwards. Do not buy a promotion from here. We had one for two people, they gave us an appointment 3 weeks in advance and cancelled one day of. I asked for another day we could go together (that was the whole point of getting two) and they gave me over a month away. Asked to keep the one that wasn't cancelled and later find out they gave it away but gave another time which wasn't even offered once they cancelled the first appointment? My esthetician swept the wand over my ear, my neck, and chest. The products used were really good. Came in after my sister recommended the hydro facial service had a great deal for the holidays. This was my first facial so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by Rebecca who did the facial. She told me that I had some acne but that she would still be able to do the treatment that I had signed up for. During the treatment she was really sweet and walked me through it but I couldn't help but feel she was very rough especially around my break out I had. Once she finished she apologized about not being able to do the full treatment because of my acne. (She assured me at the beginning that she could still do the service). She then put an anti bacterial ointment on my breakout to walk out of the salon in which I thought was odd. My face was still burning from the ointment and tbh my face looked more angry and inflamed than before. After the treatment she tried upselling me which was fine I expect it but she went from complimenting my skin during the service to calling it saggy to upsell me (keep in mind I'm only 30). It was tacky and rude. My skin has been burning and tingly since. Upon waking up the day after my service my skin is so inflamed and extremely dehydrated and tight. The redness on my face is something I've only experienced with a chemical burn. New years is this weekend and I'm so mad I tried something new especially when I had a break out but I thought I was in good hands. read more

First facial was awesome was very impressed with the esthetician's knowledge that i purchased a $500 / 4 visit pkg that included a serum (That I had to go back to get bc they "forgot" that the about the-serum). You know I'm one of those people who, when alone, am formulating a Yelp review while I'm still getting the service. I had signed up for a facial and cryotherapy through an offer on Instagram. Came all the way to Walnut Creek just for it so you know it better be worth it lol My review is really not so much on the aesthetician, as I thought Natalia was great. She explained everything and she wasn't pushy about sales and she didn't talk through the whole process so it was all very natural and comfortable. My only comment on her services would be her choice to wear vinyl gloves to do the facial and massage. I understand that we are all free to wear as much protection as we feel comfortable wearing, but please be aware that giving a massage or applying product with gloves is not the same as without gloves. It feels like there's more tugging, it doesn't feel as nice, and the warmth from the hands doesn't transfer. Something to think about. My review, as many others on this page have pointed out, is mainly on the facilities. On first glance it appears more like a cosmetic office than a spa. There's house music playing at the front, and the cement floors and ceilings mean that there's high echo in all the modern open space layout, allowing voices to carry everywhere. Not the best set up for a "spa", but easy clean up if you're a cosmetic office offering fillers and such (which I understand they do as well). I mean, the service was good and the facial was of good quality, but was it a relaxing spa experience? I've been to dental offices that were more relaxing. Came in for my first time after purchasing a special of IG. Staff was friendly and prompt. Natalia was very nice and thorough. I did see previous comments about wearing gloves during a facial, I agree I would like my services without the gloves for a better overall feeling. The reason I gave 4/5 stars was simply the noise. Staff outside the rooms were very loud which made the experience a bit distracting when you are wanting to relax. I guess they were doing a photo shoot when I was there, not the best timing in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. The facials are very good. I have tried the crystal frax and the T-Shock facials. The T-shock facial was an experience. You receive hot and cold temperatures to your face. The crystal frax facial gets warm. After receiving both, I prefer the crystal frax over the T-shock. I am looking to see a reduction of wrinkles in my neck area. read more

Went here for a hydra dermabrasion facial the other day, but they couldn't do the service because their machine wasn't working (ok fine) so then I agreed to do the regular microdermabrasion facial. I get facials very regularly so this is based on my personal opinion. The aesthetician that did my service was very nice, she explained a little bit about their products. They specialize in anti aging. The 3 stars are mainly for the actual place, I wasn't impressed with the ambience or overall value for money. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, it was like laying on cardboard. The robe/ towels were super thin. The facial itself was fine, nothing amazing. Don't plan to go back. read more

My tech couldn't get it working for my facial and that was the whole point I went in. The place is dirty, the robe they gave me had other people's hair stuck in the velcro. Good afternoon, I want to tell you how bad it was in this place. le caprice walnut creek skincare. It's the most disappointing thing I've ever been to. I was there for almost a year. I started getting facials because I had some blemishes on my face and they gave me the facials they recommended. to remove my stains and they never faded almost a year going there. In the middle of my facials. I wanted to get fillers on my face for $2200 and the owner asked me if I wanted lips since I had fillers left over, I said yes I had a nightmare with my lips, it never went well, I never recommend that place as they don't have professional doctors. I called to say that I had more in one than the other... they gave me an appointment and although I told the doctor where I was missing, the doctor ended up doing what he wanted he returned to inject more in one side than the other and told me that this time it was going to be great. . And I had told her before that I wanted my lips to look nice but not exaggerated and that day the owner of the place thought not. I listened to her and she told the person to charge me more money because they used more filler in my lips and I had to pay more that day and I waited 2 weeks to see my results and they were not favorable at all. I called again and told them that my lips were still deformed and ugly and they never wanted to attend to me... they always told me that the doctor was not there... I called again a week later and nothing. . and the worst thing was that my lips developed a very ugly effect My upper and lower lip were very swollen and it lasted like that for 2 days after which the swelling started again so I went back to Le Caprice to ask them what they put on my lips the second time and they didn't help me at all and I did not see the doctor again and the owner recommended that day that I go to the hospital that maybe I could have an allergy I think that if it was an allergy my whole face would have swollen because I put padding on my entire face the same day they injected my lips... but how can I say that maybe they put something else in my lips when I went the second time .. Apart from that, in other places when that happens, they themselves help you with an injection in the affected part so that the filler disappears quickly and doesn't affect you. And I had to go to another place in San Ramón (Be Clinical) so that they could help me and there they gave me an injection that quickly disappears the fillers. There they told me that they did a bad job at Le caprice walnut creek and apart from that they had to help me give me that injection and they didn't I finished my appointments at Le Caprice skin care walnut in May 2022 and spent almost $8000 with them in a year. I am so sorry that the stains have never been removed and the fillers have never worked well on my face and lips. apart from how expensive it is. and also the doctors are not fixed there... and you never see them again. I stayed in San Ramón, there are very good places, very professional, and they never do to you what they did to me at Le Caprice. I just had the vampire treatment and I still have to get a laser and remove the spots. I am very happy with the results... and that there in Le caprice the vampire treatment was more expensive and the place is very ugly. read more
