Wow! This place blew me away. First off, Stephanie is so informed and knowledgeable about what she does. She specializes in problem acne prone skin but educated on a wide scale of skin concerns. I got the microdermabrasion facial and she extracted all of my dead skin cells and got rid of all deep bacteria. She used an LED treatment to kill bacteria as well as applied a series of products she carries in their store. She gave me samples of all the products she used on me and instructed me to try them (spread out) over time. I didn't feel like she was pressuring me to immediately buy products which was very nice. I'm excited to start a new skin journey with Stephanie and help be apart of supporting an incredible family + women owned business! *Also liked to point out how COVID safe and sanitary this place was. She took my temperature at the door and all employees are masked. Stephanie wore gloves, a medical grade mask and face shield when performing my facial. Everything from the ease of booking, the way I was greeted upon arrival, the retail store setup, and last but definitely not least, Sam's magic touch! It was my first hydra-facial and Sam was amazing at explaining things as she was doing them and also explaining the benefits of each product or procedure. I had gotten extractions done several times where it's always been super painful, but Sam did it in such a way where I barely felt any pain. I looked like a new person once she was done. My skin was super smooth, soft, even toned and shiny. Blackheads and whiteheads gone! Once we were done, she gave me a few samples of a couple of things she recommends I add into my skincare regime, but never once was she pushy trying to sell me $$$ of products. A few years ago I had been looking for an East Bay esthetician to become my go-to since I was tired of traveling to my usual in SF. I researched places in the Concord/PH/WC area and when I came across Stephanie Knight it really felt like destiny.
