I come here often to relax and unwind, but during a large portion of my session I could clearly hear loud conversations coming from neighboring rooms. At times, it genuinely felt as though the clients next door were in the same room with me. The constant noise made it difficult to fully relax and took away from what should have been a peaceful experience. For the price of the service, I expected a much more calming and professionally managed environment. The (relaxation) massage I got from Gina was amazing - the best massage I have had in a long time. My body received much needed attention and felt restored. I took away one star because of the noise factor. I could hear lively conversations being had at the front desk, doors to other rooms creaking/opening/closing, and other random noises. It was quite disruptive and really took away from the overall experience. As one other reviewer mentioned, there didn't seem to be any care taken by staff to maintain a quiet environment. If management would invest in measures like soundproofing the massage rooms, it would take this 5 stars easily! Or the the very least, train all staff make an effort to maintain quiet as well as put some WD40 on those door hinges (little to no expense). I will probably still come back since again the massage was so good, but maybe next time I will bring earplugs. read more

Well, it wasn't the worst massage I've ever had but it definitely wasn't the best. I had a 90 minute sports massage plus the scalp treatment. Honestly, I would totally skip the scalp treatment next time. Most of the time they spend just rubbing a roller ball over your head and it doesn't even feel very good or relaxing, which was a letdown! The reviews that say that the rooms are loud are right. It didn't bother me too much. But when the woman walked me from the front desk to the room she intended me to be in, the bed hadn't been changed over from the last massage. So they quickly turned the room over while I waited outside. It just didn't feel very professional. Also when I was getting changed my massage person didn't knock before she came in so she almost walked in on me totally naked! the therapist was nice and I do think there were some parts of the massage that helped ease some tension in my muscles. Overall, though, I think there are some simple things they could do to make the experience much better. Like knocking before entering! read more

The prices are super reasonable for the quality of service you get. At check-in, you're only asked the pressure level; you'll have to specify any focus areas or other adjustments yourself. Otherwise, the massage therapists are very receptive and communicative. The facility and beds are comfortable and clean. I HIIIIGHLY recommend the scalp massage. I felt like I was floating in bliss the entire time. Even just 15 mins is enough to help you unwind. They've definitely caught me as a regular. The one thing I will note is that you can hear every noise from the hallway and entry room, even over the spa music. I wanted my upper back and neck worked on because that's where I carry most of my stress. She hurt me a little bit, and she kept checking in on me about the pressure points. But I knew CBD was coming and it really cooled off everything. I loved the hot towel treatment she gave me. I knocked off one star because I noticed my partner's massage Therapist never really communicated with him about pain levels, and he didn't get the treatment that I got in. We made a reservation an hour and a half ahead of time and was taken in right away when we came. No wait at all. When we entered our room, we had our own private room with soft music playing in the background and a heater. The massage itself was amazing. My sister and I got deep tissue massages in one of their couples rooms on a Monday afternoon. Reserving online was easy, and our masseuses were Anna and Angela. The pressure was outstanding, they really know how to find the right spots and use techniques that provide an effective and pleasurable experience. They were extremely friendly, and funny too. We laughed as they said our backs were hard like a wall, lol... but they didn't talk excessively, just enough to make sure they targeted areas we needed. Beyond that, we were able to enjoy the soothing sounds of gentle music in the background. This was a true full body massage, almost every inch, and my masseuse especially did a remarkable job on my legs and hamstrings, applying a unique technique different than other places I've been to. I was definitely impressed. Also got my first belly massage... unnecessary, lol (trust me there's no muscle there)... but I do like the thoroughness :P Overall, the place was great. The setting was clean and simple, with just enough decor to set the mood. All of the employees were personable, and really showed they appreciated our business with the way they treated us. This time around we came early for our 5 o'clock appointment and it was just an alright experience. The massage was a little on the rough side. Not firm, but rough. My husband seemed to enjoy his, and his masseuse was a lot more attentive with asking about pressure. Mine kinda seemed like she didn't want to be there if I'm being honest. The experience felt a bit rushed. The front desk asked about tip. Didn't offer us any water, which felt a little rude and rushed when we could hear them offer other people water.
