I've been to this place 14 times this year, and I've tried multiple massage places around the Bay Area, but this place is by far the BEST! Miss Angela and Doctor Gina are amazing massage therapists. They are always so kind, welcoming, and friendly. They always have a smile on their faces, and they really know what they're doing! After a busy day at work, if you want to relax and give your body some rest, this is definitely the best place to go. I've tried the 4-hand massage, cupping, and oil massage, and each one is a completely different experience. Every treatment has its own benefits, and my body really needed them. Highly recommended! I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Broadway spa is amazing! We have been here several times for the full body one hour massage. Oil, massage, hot stones, warm towel, and comfy beds. Gina and Angela were amazing. read more

Best massage in the area! My husband and I have had excellent massages every time we've been here. We are warmly greeted by Karen, who is always so kind. The therapists always ask what kind of pressure we'd like and check in with us to assure we are comfortable and happy. The face and ear massage are out of this world! Both of us left feeling very relaxed. We can't wait to book again! read more

Got a couples massage tonight by Kelly and Lisa, and it was the best massage ever. Their massages were powerful, they listen with intention to give you the best experience possible. Great hands and technique, comfortable bed, and no strong aroma compared to other spas. Karen was a great host as well. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Omg!!!! May has magical hands! I received a gift certificate over a year ago. It's been sitting on my refrigerator and I just kept putting it off- I also felt like the spirit would tell me when to go...well it said go today. Baby- I'm glad I listened- May worked my body like a limp rag. She touched every knot, lump and bump. She eased them right on out. When I say she left no knot untouched- she left no knot untouched! I will be back next week! I can't forget about Karen- such a welcoming face. She greeted us warmly and took great care of us on the way out. Offered us tea and coffee and a Madeline on the way out- definitely the best massage I've had in a long time. read more

Hands down, the best massage spot in town. Mia is truly one of a kind. She never cuts corners and is incredibly thorough, taking the time to work through every area that needs attention. I always walk out feeling completely healed and refreshed. Highly recommend! read more

I honestly don't like leaving negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough that I feel like I should share it. I went to Broadway Massage expecting a relaxing and professional session, especially given the decent first impression from the location and pricing. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to that expectation at all. First, the communication was really lacking. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and not particularly welcomed. It was hard to explain what kind of pressure I wanted, and I didn't feel like the therapist was really listening or adjusting based on my feedback. I've had plenty of massages before, so I know the difference between someone checking in on comfort and someone just going through the motions. The massage itself felt inconsistent. Some parts were way too rough, while other areas that actually needed attention were barely worked on. It didn't feel like there was any real technique or flow--more like a random sequence of movements. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived, which is the opposite of what you want from a massage. Another issue was the overall atmosphere. It wasn't as clean or relaxing as I expected. The room felt a bit cluttered, and the ambiance just wasn't calming. Small details matter when you're paying for a service that's supposed to help you unwind, and this place missed the mark there. On top of that, the session felt shorter than advertised, and there was a bit of an awkward moment at the end regarding payment and tip expectations that made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my visit. There are definitely better options in the area that are more professional, attentive, and actually deliver a relaxing experience. I gave it a try, but I won't be returning. read more

We were able to get a pretty late appointment, and we were greeted warmly and treated with hospitality during our massage. The masseuses were kind, had very good techniques, and checked in throughout to be sure the level of pressure of the massage was what was requested, and they definitely provided a full hour massage too. The room we were in was spacious, clean, and pretty modern, with pleasant music in the background. Prices were comparable to other places as well. read more

Its always a treat every month coming and getting a good massage. The stones are my favorite part.

I had an amazing experience! The service, the atmosphere, and the views were just perfect. I highly recommend this place - totally deserves the 5-star reviews! read more

It's my first time going to this place and I was so disappointed with the service. I made an appointment with Mia which the front desk recommended as one of their best massage therapists, however when I got there, a new lady end up taking care of me. I told her I want hard and deep massage for my lower back and legs pain, and guess what I did not even feel like I did not get massage at all for the very first time. Been getting massage every where and this the first time I had a massage and felt like the massager just applied lotion to my whole body. I didn't feel any changes to my body ache prior to going there. I asked her if she did massage me hard and she said, yes but then you were sleeping so you did feel it, and for me it's BS since I walked out feeling like nothing happened for an hour massage. I was expecting a little back ache for getting a deep massage but again I felt like nothing happened after all. read more

I had just finished a long run and really needed a solid massage to help my legs recover. I booked a 90-minute session at Broadway Massage and told the therapist upfront that I wanted her to focus more on my legs. I even reminded her three different times during the session. Every single time, she'd briefly move to my legs, then go straight back to massaging my butt. Over and over. I honestly left the place more confused and frustrated than when I walked in. It felt like she either didn't care what I was asking for or was doing something else entirely. Whatever it was, it was definitely not a professional massage experience. At this point, I don't even know what kind of business they're running here. But if you're actually looking for a real massage, don't waste your time or money here. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is my first time to this store. The front desk was very enthusiastic. They asked about my needs in detail and recommended body massage according to my situation. The masseuse was also very professional, she followed my suggestions and gave me a deep massage on my neck and shoulders, now I feel very relaxed, so I decided to give a good review the next day and will go again next time. read more

Angela is the best masseuse I've ever had. She is very thorough especially if you mention ahead of time which area you want her to focus on. She doesn't just do routine massages but does focus point areas which I appreciate it very much. I would definitely have her do my massage again in the future! Thank you broadway spa for a great experience! read more

Favorite massage place in Walnut Creek! The place is clean, reasonably priced, and I have really enjoyed coming here. They also have a great deal where after a few massages you get 30 minutes for free. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Really disappointing. Tried this place because of the good reviews, but I had a totally different experience. The massage just wasn't good -- no flow, no focus, and honestly didn't feel like the therapist had much training. She barely applied any pressure, even after I asked, and skipped over areas I specifically wanted worked on. The room wasn't relaxing either. There was noise from outside, the lights were way too dark , and the table wasn't even comfortable. I was just waiting for it to be over. I wanted to walk out feeling better, but I actually left more tense and annoyed. Maybe I just got unlucky with who I got, but I won't be back. read more

After taking 13 hours airplane, I felt so sore yesterday, and Lisa was very attentive and professional in giving me massage.

Been here 2 times and both have been awesome experience! My therapist is MIA and she is excellent!

My girlfriend and I got a couples massage. The masseuses (Helen and Angela) were excellent and professional. Helen ensured my girlfriend (who is of small stature) was comfortable and had asked her if the pressure was not too hard. Angela was my masseuse and applied the perfect amount of pressure. Helen offered us water after the massage ended. Very good, friendly, and genuine customer service. The room (fits two) is cozy and has a nice vibe. The music was calming and was at a perfect volume. The overall experience was excellent. we will definitely return. read more

Just had my 1st massage here with Kelly today. I did a combo 90 minutes massage. Kelly is amazing and strong. I told her my neck shoulders and low back were really tight. She was really attentive in asking how the pressure was the whole way. She was very cautious and careful with walking on my back, which i haven't had someone walk on my back since i had a Thai massage several years ago. I'm a bodybuilder who also works a desk job so i carry a lot of tightness and tension in my shoulders, I've also been hit by a car walking across the street and have had pinched nerves in my neck. I feel so much looser and so much better after my massage with Kelly. I will be definitely coming back here very soon. Thank you again Kelly! read more

This place was lovely! When we first got in and shown to our massage rooms, I noticed that the entire place was so clean and had a very nice, calming vibe, with low lights and soothing music. The massage chairs and table had crisp paper liners on top of white sheets. It felt very professional. Now the massage itself: 5 STARS! My massage therapist was able to find every knot in my neck and shoulder and worked them all out. I actually felt the tense muscles releasing, and becoming softer. I came in after a long day of work. I left almost crawling out of the place because my arms and legs were so relaxed, they felt jelly. IF you've ever experienced a completely therapeutic and effective massage, you know what I am talking about! I can't wait to go back. This is definitely a great massage place and exactly what I have been looking for- and clean and good, therapeutic massage place with amazing results. read more

Broadway Spa - The entrance has a soothing soft music and 3 parakeets that will help transition you into a relaxing mood. - Massage Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

I had a disappointing experience at Broadway Spa and wouldn't recommend it.the customer service felt cold and impersonal. The massage itself was underwhelming. I had specifically requested firm pressure, but it was inconsistent--sometimes too light, other times too rough. Even when I asked for adjustments, nothing really changed. Instead of feeling relaxed, I found myself counting down the minutes for it to be over. Adding to the disappointment, the spa was noisy, with loud conversations and doors slamming outside the room. It was impossible to fully unwind. At the end, the therapist lingered awkwardly, clearly expecting a tip, which felt uncomfortable given the subpar service. For the price, I expected a much more professional and enjoyable experience. There are definitely better options and I won't be returning. read more

Lisa and Angela did a great job! My wife and I were so happy with this location and we definitely plan on coming back.

I had such a disappointing experience at Broadway Massage. I was really looking forward to a relaxing massage, but honestly, it was anything but that. First, I called twice to make an appointment, but no one answered the phone either time, which already gave me a bad first impression. When I finally showed up, I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. Then, when I got in, the room wasn't even set up properly. The lighting was too dark.and the music was so faint I could barely hear it over the noise from the hallway. As for the massage itself, it was not what I expected. The therapist seemed distracted and didn't ask me about any areas I wanted extra focus on. The pressure was either too light or too hard, and I found myself more tense by the end of it. Plus, the place was a bit run-down. I expected more for what I paid. Overall, I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. I probably won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's really looking for a good, relaxing massage experiences. read more

This was the worst massage I have ever gotten. He was messaging my skin so fast and rough I thought my skin was going to fall off. He was jerky, rough and the opposite of relaxing. After leaving I was in pain and stressed from the experience. I thought that come tomorrow maybe my body would feel amazing. I woke up feeling like I got hit in the back. My whole back is sore and tender. and i got a huge bruise from the massage. according to my previous experiences this shouldn't have happened. i've been walking on my bruised foot for days. it hurts, very disappointed. the masseur was not very gentle and i guess that caused it. read more

I've been coming here on and off since they opened and it's always been high class, great quality, and affordable. I just left with an ice cold soda, I love saying hello to their parakeet, and the wide variety of drinks they offer on your way out. It's very clean here and the facility is much bigger & cleaner than all competitors in the area I can say I've probably tried them all. No weirdness just positive energy, a respectful place I no longer go anywhere else for good reason. The staff are all quality folks from their opening they care about running a successful business built on customer service and detail. It's obvious/ What prompted this review: I've been traveling and stayed in Calistoga on my way back to WC... I spent 2 days at Solage Auberge & Spa and had two deep tissue massages... I won't say how much they cost but I felt kinda relaxed I guess. I like their pools and facility...all in all my experience wasn't that great in Calistoga I guess I have high expectations from places like Broadway Spa. When I got to WC I came here and it was night and day - I left so much more rejuvenated than I did at the super bougie Napa Valley Spa I don't think I could ever live with a massage from anywhere else anymore! Also thanks to the masseuse who just helped me I won't say their name cuz I want them to myself!! LOL I almost reviewed the wrong place that actual has better reviews online but I can say from experience and trust me... this spot is a 5/5 all day... read more
