Connie did a masterful job of making my neck shift back to normal (better than normal). This 2nd massage really helped ease the pain from my head down to my backbone. read more

I scheduled a Myofascial Release w/Connie. We were only a few mins in when I raised and asked was I suppose to be feeling what I was feeling?! Needless to say, I asked for tissueS... This was an unforgettable experience. A lot of us don't realize the stress stored in our bodies. This is the type of massage to help with releasing it and the associated tightness. The tears weren't of sadness but more like my body emptying the unnecessary baggage. And that's not to say you'll cry but if you do, So What?! Connie assured me I was in a safe space & I believed her. My body felt lighter & absolutely amazing afterwards. If you're due for a massage, give her a try. They offer a variety of services -Aroma Therapy, Deep Tissue, Kinesio Taping, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish & Reflexology. Professional Massage Therapy - Massage room - Massage Therapy Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Connie is amazing! She focuses on the areas where you are experiencing pain and works to try and get those tough knots out. She isn't the kind of massage therapist that you can find at a spa that does leisurely massages, but a massage therapist who really wants you to feel your best and targets/addresses pain areas. She is also in a safe location with plenty of parking. Highly recommend going to Connie! read more

If you need (or want) a professional massage this is the person to see. Up first the +s + Resolved my "frozen shoulder" that I suffered from for a year + Professional provider (she's really a healer) + Kind and caring + + Always remembers what areas to avoid or attend to (without me reminding her) + Perfect and consistent pressure + Intuitive and always finds the parts that need TLC + Easy parking + Great location but also off the beaten path--a big plus because there's nothing worse than stressing out trying to find parking, getting a massage feeling relaxed and having to deal with downtown traffic or parking meters! Avoid the headache and go here instead. + Reasonable rates Not really -s but some people might find these negative +\- Not your traditional "spa" setting Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. read more

I've been seeing Connie for several years now, for general maintenance and care of my body. She is an excellent massage therapist.

Extremely skilled and in a league of her own. Adjusts appropriately to what you need.

Connie has been my masseuse for about a year now and I honestly cannot go anywhere else. Connie is amazing at her job. Every time I go she provides an inviting presence and ensures that I feel comfortable. Connie is very knowledgeable. I love that every time when she is massaging me and finds a tight spot she makes sure that 1.) the spot that she is touching doesn't hurt me and 2.) if it doesn't hurt she goes over the tense spot with gentle pressure to help me losen up. Connie helps be let go and release all that built up tension and she puts me in deep relaxation mode. I have gone to other places for a massage but I feel like the other places I have been were very transactional which I personally don't like. However Connie enjoys building a great relationship with her customers. She even makes the best out of a short interaction at the beginning and/or after the session. Connie also stands by her motto "A massage is not a luxury, it's a necessity" and her prices are reasonable and affordable! I will continue to go see Connie and i highly recommend Connie to anyone who just want to relax from day to day stress. She is amazing! read more

It's rare that there is a person or business is truly "as good as it gets", but Connie truly rises to the occasion. I visited her after reading a few online reviews and her massages do not disappoint. With a long history of back issues and chronic stress, Connie has helped me relieve and release some of these symptoms. Not only is she dependable on a regular basis, but she also has made time in the rare occasion that I'm having extreme back pain and am in need of immediate assistance. Connie is professional, kind, and truly a master at what she does. I highly recommend her for professional massage therapy. read more

I originally found Professional Massage Therapy through a Groupon and had my first visit back in April. it is September, and I'm only now getting around to check Yelp and saw that there is no review, oops! While you may feel that massage is massage, Connie has been great. She can do a variety of massage styles and will take feedback about what you want. She always starts off with asking if I'm comfortable too and will adjust the table or get a lighter blanket if desired. In addition, Connie is very flexible about what time you can book an appointment. As you may guess from the review I think Connie is great! She is very good professionally, but is also a hoot! You can chat with her or not as desired. I've had some great conversations and also fallen asleep on the table. For now I'm using the massage as a way to and loosen up my muscles and deal with pain, but a massage or three always works as a "feel good" treat too. Would I recommend Connie to others? Yes I would. Although the office location is in Walnut Creek I know she serves people out to Berkeley and up through Concord / Martinez. read more

This review is pending a massage (or a try out) with Tosca who I hope and think can do the job. Connie failed completely in a 90 minute "deep tissue" massage- which was not deep at all. She promised me beforehand and all during the massage she would "seek and destroy" my knots. She talks a lot, but can barely get into tight spots with 2 hands in the same spot ! At one point I thought she was using her fingers and it was her elbow and barely felt it ! It took her 90 minutes to do what a good DEEP tissue worker can do in about 15 minutes. I should have paid half her fee at most, because she did not deliver on her promise but I paid her anyway and even left a tip because she tried and was nice though I didn't need this: "you poor guy". She simply talks too much instead of focusing and listening to me- and she goes very very slow - way too slow- did not trust me telling her what my body needs. I have 25 years of exp with massage and I know exactly what works for me. She said she was "reading my body"- instead of listening to me. DO NOT let her sell you ! I am slight of build- only 135 pounds, 5 feet 7, for a man that is thin, and she just barely got into 3 of my problem areas in all of 90 minutes ! I hope to report back here after trying out Tosca who actually was recommended by a local chiropractor, and if she can get into and work out my knots, and be willing to trust me and work with me, I will upgrade my review based on Tosca. read more

I brought Connie and Professional Massage Therapy into my office to give chair massages to our team. It was a huge hit! Connie did a wonderful job with everybody. One person had a previously bad experience with a massage and was hesitant to have another one. Connie assured her it would be a pleasant experience and apparently she delivered as I was asked right afterwards when we could get Connie back (answer: every month). My personal experience was also fantastic. I was incredibly stiff - lots of stress taking its toll. When my session was over it was a dramatic difference. And this was just a chair massage. I can't wait to get on a table. I highly recommend Connie. She's a wonderful person and a top professional. read more

One word...AMAZING! I have so many back and neck issues and I've had tons of massages and paid up to 250 an hour yet NOTHING relieved my pain like this! Connie is a diamond in the ruff. It's now been a year since using Connie Espinosa's services twice per month. If I could afford it, I would go twice per week. Hers was the first therapeutic massage I had ever received. And I mean therapeutic for the body, mind and soul. I was seeing a chiropractor for various adjustments as my body moved into its senior years. I still liked to work out, run, and hang with the younger crowd I met in my business networks. I didn't want to walk, look, or feel like an old geezer. The combination of the two (Chiropractic and Massage Therapy) was just what I needed, without knowing it prior. Connie takes a holistic approach to you as a person. She listens, she empathizes, and she cares. When you combine that with her knowledge of massage therapy technique, aromatherapy, music and great listening skills, you get more than just a massage. It's like chicken soup for the soul. It a warm, relaxing, and rekindling experience that puts a smile on your face and a positive outlook back into your spirit. I totally recommend her therapeutic massage service, packaged professionally, but administered like a caring friend. Marty in Walnut Creek read more

I had never had a massage before and when I was recommended to Connie by a friend I was hesitant but I trusted my friend and I'm glad I did. Connie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed which I didn't think would be possible but by the end of my massage I was almost asleep. The rest of my day and week I felt rejuvenated. Thank you Connie! I appreciate you making my first experience with massage a fantastic one! read more

I have been receiving professional massage therapy from Connie Espinosa now for several months and I couldn't be more overjoyed. She has a knowledge of the body and a "sixth sense" to find your problem areas that is unparalleled. Upon my first session with Connie, she took the time to discuss all of my health concerns and problem areas -- and not only did she do an excellent job helping me to feel 100% better, but she also has a very calming and positive presence. In addition, she offered some wonderful advice on what I can do outside of the office to help keep my pain reduced and to improve my overall health. I have been very impressed with her advanced knowledge of the human body and there hasn't been a question yet that she hasn't been able to address to my complete satisfaction. Connie's Walnut Creek office is very private, professional and relaxing -- she always takes the time to make sure you are completely comfortable and always goes the extra mile to ensure music, temperature, etc. are exactly the way you want it. She also asks you at the beginning of every session what areas you would like her to concentrate on so that you get the most out of every session -- but her magic fingers will always find the problem areas regardless. I don't know how she does it; she's just amazing. Connie's fees are also VERY reasonable, especially compared to several other massage therapists who don't hold a candle to her skill level. I HIGHLY recommend Connie! Give yourself a wonderful gift and book an appointment with her today. I'm confident that you will love her as much as I do!! :-) read more

So first off Connie comes to my place of employment to do 15 massage for my coworkers and she is wonderful. So much that I had to make an appointment outside of work and she make you feel super comfortable and relaxed. My husband who is in his 40's had never had a massage outside of college football and he made an appointment and was super happy since he has been having back problems but after his appointment he didn't complain about his back for a week. Due to his work schedule it's hard to go back but if he could he would. Thanks Connie for making a difference in our lives read more

Let me start by saying, I have been super busy at work recently and often carry a lot of heavy gear around. As a result, I started having some aches and pains in my shoulders and wanted to try out a professional massage therapist for some relief. Let me just say Connie was awesome and after my massage, I felt better than I have in a long time. First her office is convenient to my house and spotlessly clean. Second, Connie was very professional and took the time to learn about my health, what problems I was having, and customize my session to those problem areas. She even found an area in my elbow where my daily abuse may give me some future problems and cause some degeneration. I was impressed with her professional knowledge and she was even telling me about a new technique for recovery involving taping joints, similar to what an athlete might have done. With what I know now, I can do a better job of watching how I carry things to give that elbow some time to recover. I have to say my experience with Connie was outstanding and as I said earlier I felt fantastic afterwards. It has been a few weeks now since my session and I can already feel I am overdue to go back. read more

Ok let me start by saying, Connie is amazing. I have been going to here for over 2 years and she always helps me find my balance with my body. The relaxation and energy of her being is elegant and calming. She has magical hands and a peaceful Nature. As soon as I get there I feel all the tension in my body begin to fade. I'm a runner, full time student, artist and work I'm a faced paced industry, so I am pretty rough on my body and anything that might be going on with it, hurt feet, head aches, neck pain, shoulders, lower back pain, or just general stress she relieves me of this with her high skill set and prices even a college student can afford.
