They start with massaging your head, shoulders and upper body while your feet soak in water. After about 15 mins they get to your feet. If you are active like me and have sore feet this is a must try. For the last 15 minutes they flip you over and massage your whole body. I always seem to pass out. Next I have to leave a review on the scalp treatment they now provide. I have seen this all over the internet and have been wanting to try it. This location is the only place I know of that has it in or near Concord. The price is very affordable and you can add on a foot massage. Well I booked an appointment and let me tell you, I have never walked out of a massage place smiling and feeling so refreshed. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though I have been a regular customer for a long time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have never had this issue before. It seems that ever since there has been a new person answering the phone, the policies have suddenly changed, and customers are being given inconsistent and inaccurate information. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than this. Instead of valuing repeat business, they chose to make me feel like a burden because I'm pregnant. There was a massage I got once that I felt was on the really light side on the foot part, but once we got to my hips and glutes, definitely didn't know I had some tightness there. As for tipping, I haven't really experienced issues myself, but I did hear them kinda judge on tips when the customer was gone in Chinese. Mainly asking how much she got and said the number.
