I received a 90 minute lymphatic massage with a cupping add on (my first time with cupping) with Nancy a few days ago and I wish I would have taken before and after photos. Love, love, love Nancy! She's incredibly intuitive, and although she always asks what i want worked on, she already knows. Like every other person with a desk job, or worsened posture from inadequate work from home space, my back is a hot mess. So much that she uses traditional Chinese cupping to work out the stubborn knots to get to the REAL knots. Nancy is a great listener -- she listens to what you say and then listens to your body. She is light on words and great on understanding, meaning she's all about getting your body "right". The last time she worked on me was the result of thinking I was in much better shape than I really was and did an intense workout. It took about a week to admit I was miserable.
