I have used Back 2 Perfect for many years now (although not often enough!). I generally need sports massage or deep tissue as I am very active and have had many sports related injuries. Elena gave me the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. And I have had about 100 massages in my lifetime. Prior to my appointment, I couldn't fully turn my head due to the knot on my upper right back/ shoulder. I was in bad shape. What a hidden gem this place is and Elena is phenomenal. Her expertise and knowledge of the muscles and overall demeanor is impressive. I am going back again next week. I am happy to report that I can move my head with ease. She is a miracle worker. I highly recommend. read more

Cody is not just a massage therapist--he is a deeply compassionate and intuitive healer who works far beyond the level of muscle and tissue. His massage connects on a physical and subconscious level. Somehow he recognizes when an area needs relief, without a word spoken. As though he listens with his hands and his heart, sensing what your body and spirit truly need. He is attuned in a way that is rare--fully present, caring without condition, and able to create a space of safety and compassion. Our bodies are much more complex than the physical as emotional pain and trauma still lie within the fascia. Holding it there deep under the subconscious. Cody reaches those spots. There was a time when he was relieving pressure in my back and I felt a wave of emotion. Even though I tried to mask it, his movements shifted and he released pressure in that area and offered softness instead. . Which is what it needed. My gratitude is not enough for the gift Cody offers through his massage and pain relief. read more

Cody Morris Is a genius and the most amazing muscle rehabilitation therapist I have ever been to. I am an active 52 year old male who now has had (2) rear-end auto accidents within 5 years and was in a great deal of pain. I've tried chiropractors and other rehab therapy but Cody was the ONE that sorted out the root cause for my lower back issues, pain, leg numbness and headaches. I am forever grateful for his talent, strength, and cutting edge tech that he utilizes. Thank you Cody!!! read more

They work as a team. I have been lucky to have worked with Lori, Laura, Elena, and Mark over the past few years. My physical body is much improved because of their individual work and their team attitude. I came in this time because of jaw pain that was so bad I could hardly function I started off with Laura, who helped relieve the symptoms. She and I felt good that if this was an acute case, I would likely continue to feel better. The symptoms reappeared later that evening, so I knew it was time to see Mark (as Laura and I had already discussed) Mark somehow fit me in the very next day. I don't know if he worked me in during his lunch break or what, but he spent considerable time trying to figure out what was going on with my body. He and Laura had already talked about a best course of action to try to help me. At the end, Mark said he thought it was taken care of, but time would tell and he recommended I see Elena for a follow up Craniosacral session as he was not versed in that area and that was the last area to be considered given the flow of cerebral fluid and the path it was taking. The symptoms did return that evening, but at a much lower level. I saw Elena the following morning for the Craniosacral appointment. She and Mark had already talked as had Elena and Laura. Elena also mentioned that she and Lori had also talked about previous sessions we had had together regarding lymphatic drainage massage and how my body had responded, areas to be aware of, etc. I had been keeping each person in the loop as far as what had already transpired, but knowing they each were debriefing the other on my body's progress and where to take it from there was reassuring. Each explained to me what they were planning to do and why, eliciting input from me before proceeding. My body is not yet 100%, but I do know it takes about 72 hours after treatment for my body to settle back into routine. Today my jaw pain is much reduced and more intermittent. I finally (for the first time in a week) feel somewhat like my normal self. They each are very well skilled, and together their skill sets complement each other greatly. I have not yet been to see Cody, but have had the pleasure of seeing Suzanne who is also excellent. You will be in good hands at Back2Perfect. They truly care and do amazing work. They also help people dealing with the effects from cancer treatments and surgeries. I was going to bring my mom to see them for lymphatic massage and post cancer neuropathy, but sadly she passed away before being able to meet these amazing people. I hope you can benefit from their kind and caring spirits. Suzanne, Cody, Laura, Elena, Mark, Lori read more

Covid put me back from my "back 2 perfect" schedule a few years. Just started up again with Lorie and was reminded of how good I should feel. Great overall body massage rejuvenated. read more

Elena was AMAZING! Had a lymphatic drainage massage and she explained everything she was doing and knew the names of all the lymphatic system parts and functions. I was getting monthly facials at Spavia and although the experience was relaxing, I never noticed much of a difference in my skin. While searching for a new place to go for a facial, I discovered this gem close to my home. I can't believe it's been here for years and I had no idea. The business is warm, clean and welcoming. My facial with Suzanne was more that I expected. I left with a fabulous massage and a brighter face and firmer neck. Heaven! I plan on continuing with Suzanne and I'm so glad I found this business and Suzanne. read more

Elena is an absolutely amazing therapist, she thorough when addressing my concerns. Continuously checked on how I was feeling during the entire session. Took the time to explain the precautions after a cupping session and what things I should be doing over the next 24-48 hours to get the most benefit out of my session. read more

I see Elena once a month for therapeutic and lymphatic massage and she is very thorough does a great job!

I had cupping done with Elena and she was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely going back.

My first time here. Cody was incredible. My story is long and boring, however, my session is the beginning of healing and restoration. To be honest, as soon as I stepped into the room, I could feel my tension melt away. Cody was communicated very well without talking too much or too little. I definitely need more sessions but I already knew its going to take a while to restore to a balanced state. I definitely will return to both Back 2 Perfect and Cody. I would like to add acupuncture to my healing. read more

Love visiting Lorie for massages. She's friendly, professional and consistent in delivering a wonderful experience. She's social when you want, but also very understanding if you just want to close your eyes and be silent. Her bed is very comfortable, music is light and relaxing - the setup is perfect. Her style really matches my preferences of no frills, traditional massage - no hot stones or tools, strange movements I don't understand, distracting sounds, etc. - just skilled straightforward massage that's a nice blend of relaxing and getting into the painful spots. She's great at working connective points and finding what needs attention. Thanks Lorie - you're the best! read more

I got so much relief from my massage with Laura! My mid-back had been in pain for five days, with some sciatica pain running down my leg, and it was gone after Laura worked on me. She's is so well tuned to and knowledgeable about the body and how to release stuck muscles, and she has tools that not all massage therapists have. She knows how to work with scar tissue so that there is long-term healing, not temporary relaxation or relief. read more

This is where you go when you need to fix something. If I could give it 10 stars I would. These therapists are the best of the best!

It's been 10 years since I had a genuinely good therapeutic massage. I finally found my Goldilocks massage and wellness center at Back 2 Perfect! I was in pain when I booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday afternoon. I had low expectations so I was pleasantly surprised by my therapist's skill in working out painful knots that eluded prior therapists. Bryant is a knowledgeable and highly skilled therapist who specializes in Repair & Rejuvenate with Micro-current treatment. Not only is he a great therapist, but he also spoke highly of his colleague's skills and experience. His integrity and respect for his colleagues sold me on Back 2 Perfect. I have been experiencing what I thought was a pinched a nerve in my lower back or something going on so I made an appointment with Mark for the Myofascial Trigger massage - which isn't really a massage at all but rather a healing experience. I feel like it was his keen knowledge of how the body works by manipulating other parts of the body to heal the injured part... kind of like reflexology but different! My lower back feels so good today & I'm happy to say I am pain free. He gave me a bunch of different stretches to do at home and even got on the floor and showed me how to do them... he is a healer and I will recommend him and this wonderful location to all I know! read more
