Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though I have been a regular customer for a long time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have never had this issue before. It seems that ever since there has been a new person answering the phone, the policies have suddenly changed, and customers are being given inconsistent and inaccurate information. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than this. Instead of valuing repeat business, they chose to make me feel like a burden because I'm pregnant.
