Appreciate the atmosphere, and the therapist had good energy and a professional manner.

Both times I've been here I did walk in. The massage was great and I can highly recommend the massage. The second time I tried calling but no one answered but I live so close. I just went down there. The woman I've encountered both times doesn't have great office presence and there was also a bit of confusion, but she was very nice and did a good massage. read more

This was my first visit; the place is clean and beautifully decorated. The front desk manager speaks fluent English and provides excellent service. The massage room is spacious, tidy, and exceptionally comfortable, with LED lighting creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The masseuse seemed to have understanding of my body's needs, applying just the right amount of pressure and allowing me to relax completely. I can confidently say that this is the only place in the area offering a truly authentic massage experience read more

I can't wait to book another session. My massage therapist was highly qualified. I booked a deep tissue massage. She applied the right amount of pressure throughout the session. It was a truly rejuvenating experience. read more

This is a review about how they treat their customers. After the experience described below, obviously I didn't get a massage, but read on. I used to frequent this spot a few years back, the massage was OK then but due to lack of good customer service, I stopped visiting them. I placed a review here, explaining my encounter, which was not so positive. They immediately contacted me and demanded that I'd take the review down. They threatened me to take legal action if I didn't. It's not my style to pick a fight for such nonsense, so I took it down. Yesterday, thinking that a few years passed, maybe they adjusted their attitude, I wanted to give another try and walked in. I stood at the lobby for a few minutes, and a woman appeared from dark, no greetings whatsoever, no hello, no "can I help", very unfriendly... she stared at my face with blank eyes and said "busy", not even a full sentence, just one word. OK, I left. I was kinda determined to visit them, 4 hours later I stopped by again. Same woman with the same condescending attitude, this time she said they only had one masseuse. That was a bit more understandable but wasn't an excuse for the continuously rude behavior. Obviously I left with empty hands again. Today, I decided to visit for one last time and went there around 11:00. Similar scenario as yesterday... that rude, obnoxious woman came out of dark again, not saying a single greeting word, no "Hi", no nothing, not even looking at my face, all she said in a very snobby and dismissive and incredibly rude tone was, "try another time", turned her back and walked away. I was left standing there, perplexed, offended, insulted... and put my tail between my legs and left. I should mention that, each time, before I walked in, I called them. Every single time I got the voice mail. Arguably, that was the WORST customer service I had ever experienced and obviously this parlor is permanently erased from my list. read more

i only come here because this place has the best walking massage I've ever had in Bay Area. the environment is very clean, very good masseuse. Allie is one of the nicest masseuse I've experienced. she is very attentive and knows how to undo all the knots in my back. This is a real massage, no fake. I love it. read more

Called 30 min ago and first、there was no answer and went to VM. Called again, a lady answered the phone. I asked for body massage price, she said $70, ok and I also asked for chair massage and she doesn't have it. Which is okay. She did say they offer back massage and I asked for a price, but she literally hung up instead. I was on my way home and wanted to drop by for a Friday night massage after work but guess I'm not welcome to make an appt for whatever reason. Update and reply to the business owner at 9:01pm: I'd like to think the phone was dead from your end. However, it was clearly a hang-up. You see, I waited 30 minutes, and I specifically said that in my posting. So your statement saying I vented on Yelp right away is completely inaccurate. I've been to your business several times, massages are good but have not been there for about a year and a half so I was calling to check prices. I wish I got the answer when I called rather than using Yelp like this. read more

Sunny has been my exclusive masseuse for over a decade. She is an outstanding no-nonsense professional massage therapist. I'm old, and my aches and pains disappear after her treatments. The location is immaculately clean and the rooms are superbly decorated. Accept no other substitute. Sea Pearl is the place to go for the best massage. read more

I'm sorry to say that I wasted $65 on a 60 min message which I only got 40 minutes. I saw good reviews. But I will not be coming back to this place. My reply your comment below. I think I know what a deep tissue massage and that was not the case here. I just want you know that I did not get what I paid for. read more

One of the best massages I've had in a long time. She took her time and worked the kinks out. Only one interruption at the front desk. They seem to really appreciate their customers. It is one of the few places with a shower. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great massage. Came a couple times it's very clean.make an appointment before coming to be sure

I have been here several times. This place gives some of the best massages for the best price. They use actual oil which is nice. I used to go to family spa on treat blvd but they only used lotion which doesn't glide as well for massages. They are very friendly and everyone I have gotten a massage from is very good at checking in to make sure the pressure is adequate and whatnot. I will definitely come back again. read more

This place is great! Convenient location with plenty of parking, the masseuses are professional, the rooms are super clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. While they do take walk-ins, I would definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment as they do get pretty busy. Prices are super reasonable as well! read more

Excellent overall experience. Made an appointment late afternoon the day prior for as soon as they opened. My masseuse was Tracy. They were not accepting credit card transactions when I came in due to the machine not working, so I had to run over to the ATM and grab some cash. No worries, they were very patient. Went in to the room, it was nice and dimly lit, with some small colorful lights for accent. Table was nice and clean with a paper insert for where my face goes. Tracy went to work right away and I swear she could feel or sense where my worst knots were!!! Incredible, lots of elbows and forearm sliding on my back and shoulders. The pressure was great and I felt my knots releasing more with every stroke. After spending a great amount of time on my entire back, she moved on to my legs. Some light massaging and light stretching. After that she had me turn over and worked on my neck and shoulders a bit, and then moved on to my feet, where she proceeded to give me a very thorough and strong foot massage. She worked my arches like they owed her money!!! At the end, she asked if I was all good or if anywhere else needed attention. I said no, and she left so I could get dressed. When I came out there was a cup of ice cold water waiting for me. Overall I was very pleased with my experience, and for $60 for an hour long massage, I would go again and again. Areas for improvement: #1 There was really no consult beforehand about where my problem areas where, if I had any injuries or sensitivities, etc.. But like I said she hit my knots very well, so maybe she just senses and goes with it, but I am used to a quick consult beforehand, and I think it would be helpful to set customers at ease. #2 I feel she spent 75% if the time on my back, 20% on my feet and the legs were an after thought. Again, it worked for me, as my back and shoulders are my main problem area, but as that wasn't discussed ahead of time, It left me wondering if I did have sore legs, if they would have received the attention the needed. Those should not be taken as complaints, just suggestions for improvement. And it could have just been me, at that appointment time at that day. Excellent experience, I highly recommend this place for a massage that is on par with massages at double the price. read more

Wow... Alice did a wonderful job that I just gave her whatever left in my wallet. I'm going to come back next month on my birthday because that how good it was. I really do love this place and everyone is professional and so freaking good at their job. I will be back!!! I know the boss like it when people also give good reviews google too. I'm only doing this, because I really do enjoy my massage here. Nothing like stepping on my back to loosen the muscles and digging to the source of the pain. read more

Helen is great. The place is very clean and the prices are way better than places like Massage Envy. I normally get the one hour massage for $50. I've been three times so far and plan to keep going back. read more

Surprise! What a hidden gem! Pay in cash you get a better deal. Man I melted! I got a1 hour back massage and a half hour foot massage. They pamper you and massage the $%&@ out of you! That's good by the way. The only issue is it is very difficult to communicate in English. They make you feel so comfortable...be careful not to pass out from the massage ;p Would definitely recommend and go back. Thank you my back feels great! read more

Perfect experience! I came in and asked for a 15 minute massage specifically for my shoulder area and Helen did a great job of listening and focusing on that. It feels so good have those knots worked out! Thank you! I noticed they also have a combo one hour massage +30 minute foot reflexology for 80 bucks... I might have to give that a try another day. read more

Kind, professional and knowledgeable. I've been to the high end massage salons in the Napa Valley and Sonoma. Quite frankly, they don't compare to the quality of Sea Pearl Massage establishment and staff. Clean, comfortable and the masseuse was incredibly competent and professional. I wish I would've found the SEA PEARL massage sooner but I will definitely be back and I'll be a regular customer. read more

First time customer my massage therapist was Linda hands-down one of the best massages I've had. Linds was wonderful very polite and friendly the place was clean comfortable atmosphere. My mother-in-law also got a massage at the same time with Helen and she said that she was also very good. We will both definitely be coming back there. Hopefully we can make it once a month at least read more

I am a dentist so my back is always tight and require frequent massages. So I think I know a thing or two about good massages. This place is definitely not one of top places in the area. Masseuse just went through the motion, lathering on oil without actually feeling for the knots. A good masseuse can actually feel where you need work even without you telling them. The other annoying thing is, she left the room 5 times to answer the phone in 40 minutes period. I understand that this is a small place and it's hard to hire a receptionist but it's no longer relaxing when you are wondering when the phone will ring again. Definitely NOT recommended read more
