This is not just a spa treatment, but a holistic experience! My 1 hour 30 mins appointments went overtime. To be honest, I really didn't want to leave. Nina did her magic on me! Omg talking about treating me like a queen. We started off with cavitation, RF, then she pulled out those woods. I was a little intimidated, it's my first time after all. She was so gentle, it didn't hurt or tickle. She worked on my whole stomach and lower back. I felt like a toothpaste, my fat are being squeezed out little by little haha. Now the best part, a new technology that uses electromagnetic to stimulate muscle contractions to help slim and build muscle over time. A 30 minute session is equivalent to 30,000 sit-ups. Not gonna lie, it feels a little weird when the machine is on, but nothing I can't handle, after all, do you wanna lay here or go to the gym and do 30000 sit up? Yeah I think the choice is obvious here. Lastly she let me try the Sauna blanket, I need to get one of these at home, especially in the winter lol I felt asleep so quick it was one of the best nap I've had.
