I didn't know much about Cryo therapy since there wasn't much information out there but Soran and her staff were really informative and nice. I booked an appointment and had to change it several times and they were very accommodating each time. I had tons of questions before I went to the actual appointment and they were always really nice in answering my questions. The day of the appointment staff was extremely friendly and Soran is an incredible person with a beautiful personality. She made me feel Sooo comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained what she's was going to do before she did it. And she gave really informative information about what she was doing and how it worked. The process took about an hour or so and it was not painful at all! It truly felt like a high end spa treatment. Soran seemed really knowledgeable about what she was doing and seemed to really enjoy her job. The process of the stomach was really cool. She puts these suction cup type things on your stomach and they start off warm and then they get cold. She constantly checked on me asking and making sure it wasn't too cool and that I wasn't in any discomfort. When she started on my face she gave me almost like a facial massage before she started the treatment. Again, it started with heat and then moved onto being cold. However, the cold felt really good! It felt like a nice cold facial massage. Soran spoke to me about the packages they offered and recommended what packaged she thought would best work for me. Never did I feel pressured to book more appointments or to do add ons. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I walked out feel extremely confidant. I'm a male and I think often times men do not do these types of things but. I highly recommend more men do this!! You will not be disappointed! It cost a decent amount.
