They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt completely comfortable before starting. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and much more comfortable than I expected. Dr. Christine performed the treatment herself which speaks volumes about the level of care they put into their treatments and patients because usually it's a technician or nurse! After just a few sessions, I'm already seeing a huge reduction in hair growth, and my skin feels smoother than ever. What a waste of time shaving/waxing was. They're breaking laws and I'm going to start documenting it all to take action against them.

I've never had any cosmetic procedure before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away at how encouraging and body-positive the entire experience was. A few things that really stood out: - They are absolute ARTISTS with CoolSculpting. While other places offer the service, but I don't know of any others that have their level of experience. They were able to get really precise with exactly what I needed and how to do it as efficiently as possible. There's a subtlety to their work that goes above and beyond. I felt like they really got what I wanted, understood my body type, and knew exactly what to do to get me there. - It was surprisingly comfortable. I'm a total baby about cold sensations, and wasn't sure what to expect. I was so cozy in my plush blanket, sipping warm tea, and watching Netflix on their big screen in my private room that I actually sometimes forgot I was even getting a treatment! - I felt so relaxed and encouraged that it was like a day at the spa... but better, because I'll come out of it with less fat. ;) - Their office is really lovely! They have such a clean, peaceful atmosphere there. I want to come back when I'm having a stressful day just to chill out, lol! I honestly felt so pampered the whole time, it was a really wonderful experience. It's been 4 weeks since my first round (I had 2 total), and I'm already seeing some significant results. I wore my first crop top in almost 2 years recently, which was a huge deal for me. I've been so uncomfortable with my stubborn fat, and seeing it start to go away has been HUGE for me emotionally... especially since I'm getting marred in 5 weeks!! I had my first peel with Hilary; she has a very warm vibe and was great at explaining every step of the service to me since I didn't know what to expect. I was impressed with the results and noticed that my skin was brighter on my cheeks (main area of concern). I had my second Skinceuticals chemical peel with Nurse Zayda, who she is kind and knowledgeable; I enjoyed the way she explained the benefits of the additional masks she applied, as well as checking in on my comfort during the peel. However, I just love Donna. I have missed her as I was going elsewhere for a bit due to schedule and another treatment I wanted to try that was offered elsewhere.. BIG mistake. The results there were terrible when my favorite nurse left and another took over adding 10 years to my face. I've literally cried each day I've woken since. It's been a couple months since that took place and was able to get in with Donna yesterday. Even though I only did some botox right before leaving on vacation, Donna made me feel so much better. We came up with a plan to correct the terribly unfortunate outcome at the "other place" and was just so freshing to have someone understand I'm pushing 60 and not trying to look like I'm 20. I just want to look "refreshed" and feel good as I age. She is transparent in what to expect with results of any procedure. Donna was able to explain what muscles are pulling my face downward from the treatment elsewhere, something the other place could not do, nor did the nurse even admit her error there. Donna is so skilled and has an artist's eye when it comes to looking at the face.
