Dr. N is very good at neuromodulator injections, although it typically takes a few follow-up visits with her or one of her nurses to get my eyebrows corrected so they don't look unnatural. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the laser treatments. I have spent a significant amount of money on IPL, CoolPeel, and most recently BBL, and the results have been extremely disappointing. Other than temporary pinkness after treatment--which is an expected reaction--I have seen essentially no improvement in my age spots or broken capillaries. I was told BBL was the latest and greatest, and I actually waited for the practice to get the machine because I was hopeful this would finally produce better results. Somehow, the BBL was even more disappointing than the IPL and CoolPeel. After spending this much money on multiple treatments, I expected to see at least some visible improvement. Today I was scheduled for my third XERF treatment. (No one mentioned it would take more than one treatment to see any noticeable difference after a few weeks). Weeks ago, I was promised 30% off. However, the price has since been increased to the point that my treatment WITH the promised 30% discount would now cost more than I paid for either of my first two XERF treatments. I find that very disappointing. The final issue for me was being required to provide a copy of my driver's license, supposedly for insurance reasons. At my previous visit, I specifically discussed this and was told I could simply show my license. Now I'm being told I need to upload a copy. I have dealt with many medical practices over the years and have never been required to upload and allow a practice to retain a copy of my driver's license. Maybe I'm overly cautious, but with identity theft and data breaches being so common, I am not comfortable having yet another copy of a document containing my personal identifying information stored somewhere--particularly when I don't understand why simply verifying my identity by looking at my license is no longer sufficient. After being an ongoing patient here for several years and spending a considerable amount of money with this practice, I'm extremely disappointed that my experience has reached this point. Long-standing patients should feel valued, listened to, and treated with consistency--not faced with changing prices, disappointing results, and new requirements that contradict what they were previously told. This simply isn't how you treat patients who have continued to support your practice year after year, particularly in an area where there are so many other practices offering the same cosmetic services and competing for patients' business.

Leading up to the liposuction, I had some…read moredoubts specifically caused by one of the "medical" staff not knowing how to take a blood pressure? I'm a bigger lady and, because of that, need the bigger blood pressure cuff. The woman who took my blood pressure in the office used a small blood pressure cuff, causing a false reading of high blood pressure because it was severely constricting my arm. When I mentioned to her that I'm just fat but don't have high blood pressure, she just shrugged me off and told me to go to my doctor every few days to have my blood pressure checked leading up to the surgery. My doctor, being an actual medical professional, took my blood pressure correctly and determined that I did not have high blood pressure and immediately questioned if the woman that attempted to first take my blood pressure was even a doctor. Hilarious, inconvenient, but ultimately no big deal. My surgery date came and went and I immediately noticed afterward that I was having issues holding my pee. I mentioned this to the "medical" staff at Dr Stompro's office and they informed me that this is normal after surgery and that it should go away with time. When it didn't, I brought it up again and one of the "medical" staff at Dr. Stompro's office pointed out that it may be because of weakness in my abdomen or because of fat putting pressure on my bladder?? I don't know, whatever. So I continue on. I ignored it, I tried to treat it, and here we are. Y'all, I'm THREE YEARS past the surgery and I'm not even 30 and I'm still incontinent from this surgery. I've gone to a urologist that was too fat-phobic to even try to diagnose me, a physical therapist that figured it had to be because my pelvic floor was weak (then she determined it isn't), and another specialist that has finally determined that it may be a nerve issue (further testing needed). All we know is that I wasn't incontinent before the surgery and I am now. I called Dr. Stompro's office recently for the paperwork associated with my surgery so that I can pass it along to the specialist to see if it helps to determine a cause of the incontinence (and thus a fix) and the front desk person was rude for no reason?? I think she assumed I was getting the paperwork to sue?? I'm sure they all know I would have been able to sue because, and I cannot express this enough, INCONTINENCE IS NOT AN EXPECTED OUTCOME FOR LIPOSUCTION. Look, if I weren't outside of the statute of limitations I WOULD sue but, since I am, I just want to stop being incontinent. I'm still fat after my liposuction, which I don't mind! I'm soft and shapely and I love that, I just want to stop peeing on myself randomly. I'm now leaving reviews everywhere and filing a complaint against this office - I spent nearly $15,000 to be incontinent for potentially the rest of my life.
