I have been going to Advanced Health Chiropractic since 2019. I typically see Dr. J. but have seen all the Dr's at some point. My first visit in 2019 my lower back was killing me. I was recommended to Dr. J by a friend. Dr. J adjusted me and iced my back in the AM. felt somewhat better after that initial adjustment but I had told him I was going out of town in two days for xmas. He had me return later in the day and readjusted me then I returned the following day. I followed his instructions on icing! I was amazed that I felt better within 4 days and I went on a cruise and even road a horse. Recently my lower back has acted up again. I had been adjusted but it didn't feel better. Two days later I went back and Dr. V. noticed immediately I was not feeling well. He wasn't even supposed to be in the office that day but he adjusted me and did a laser treatment (at no charge I might add) and booked me a return visit for the next day. This current lower back pain is not going away without a fight. Dr. J has seen me multiple times in a day, adjusted me and iced my back. I can say it is somewhat better today. I would recommend all of the Doctors as they are kind and caring. I also want to mention the office staff which are also amazing. When I walk in the door they greet me and also notice when I'm not feeling well. I have had to change appointments from time to time and they are always accommodating. I have end forgot about an appt and they are still accommodating. Side note: my son in law also has back issues. During thanksgiving last year he was in a lot of pain. I've had lower back pain for a long time, due primarily to many years of martial arts training and teaching. as soon as I stopped, my back started hurting. MRI showed a bone spur on my spine was pressing on the nerves in my lower back area. The only options I was given was surgery to off the nerves, which would need to be repeated when the nerve endings grew back. That and opioid pain killers, which is not a long term solution. I would not be able to play pickle ball or hike or any of the other things I do to stay active, if not for the adjustments I get weekly at AHC. read more

About a year and a half or so ago my husband had horrible back problems. He started going to AHC and within weeks was feeling so much better. I saw the positive changes he went through. Now I was always opposed to chiropractic work because it brought on such anxiety for me due to horror stories I have heard. After months of my husband talking to me about his experience and my lower back problems not getting better for 10 years I finally broke down and made an appointment. I made sure to let them know my fears and anxiety issues and they were so extremely accommodating. They didn't make me feel silly for my anxieties and made sure to explain every step. All of their staff is amazing and welcoming. After a decade of back pain I can happily say I am almost completely pain free. In April our oldest started seeing them due to some injuries and stress on his back due to his black belt training. Something that we didn't even correlate to him needing to see the chiro was his headaches. For years our oldest was plagued by consistent headaches and the doctors could never really help just the normal "take some Tylenol or Motrin" after a few weeks of going to AHC he is chronic headache free!! I will always sing the praises of this chiropractic facility not only for how much they have helped our family to become more healthy but also for their incredible kindness.
