A week ago, I woke up and couldn't walk without a lot of pain. I didn't know where to go but remembered great reviews I read about Dr. Pam at Absolute Chiropractic. She was able to get me in that afternoon and she spent quite a bit of time with me. I have scoliosis which has given me problems for years but I've been fortunate not to have had any serious issues for quite a while. She carefully explained what was causing the pain and then started adjusting my neck and back. She's very strong and although I could feel how deeply she was moving along my spine, I was never uncomfortable. I left the first day feeling a little better. I've been going every morning for the past week because my pain was so severe and every day has brought improvement. I went from it being able to walk without pain, to feeling normal. I'm positive if I had gone to an orthopedic doctor, they would start talking about surgery. Instead, I'm pain free in a week. I'm a firm believer in chiropractors and highly recommend Dr. Pam! read more

Dr. Pam and everyone at Absolute Chiropractic is amazing! My entire family of five, ranging from 9-46 years old get adjusted by Dr. Pam. We have been going regularly for the past 5 years at least! Being the Mom of three multi-sport athlete boys, means a lot of stress and injuries to their bodies. Dr. Pam is my first go to for sure. My most recent win was with my middle son. He plays football, wrestles and baseball. If he does not get adjusted weekly during wrestling season, he suffers from repeated migraines. Two weeks ago, he took a hard hit on the football field. Luckily, Dr. Pam was at the game. She ended up adjusting him on the field afterwards, as yet another migraine was attacking my son. His pain level immediately dropped and his neck wasn't as stiff anymore. She was able to open up her schedule to see him another time that week. We aren't just patients, we are family. Dr. Pam cares about my boys and their well being. When you have kids who live to play sports, you need to surround yourself with people who want to help keep your kids on the field, performing at their best ability. First time I called I was very nervous about adjustments and was worried about cost but I had a plane ride to New York the next day and a very painful kink in my neck. Dr. Pam invited me in at no charge because she said was more concerned about my well being than money. She used an accentuator (spelling?) on my neck for several sessions until I felt ready for a typical "neck twist". They have helped me with everything from a long-term hip issue to wellness maintenance to family crises. If you are open to Cranio-sacral or energy work this is also a great place to learn & receive. It is worth noting multiple massage therapists of extraordinary talent and heart also operate here, providing a variety of modalities and styles. Love, love, love Dr. Pam! She is very flexible to accommodate the healing style you are looking for. She offers Reiki with her adjustments, but if that isn't your thing, she doesn't go there. She is also a CMT, so her adjustments include some wonderful massaging. If you're in pain on an off day, you can reach her on her cell to schedule a special appointment day/time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pam. She also has a CMT staff, too. Her office, Absolute Chiropractic, is closed on Tuesdays. read more

On a personal level, Pam is clearly a great person. Professionally, she is great as well. I have been to many chiropractors who seem to just want to get you in and push you out. My experience with Pam has never felt like that and additionally, I feel like she targets my specific needs. You can make an appointment, but walk-ins are also welcome. I only saw Pam here! She is very good and has helped me a lot! The sessions are kind of short, but helpful. She is even willing to stay a little bit longer or come earlier to accommodate, which is a real nice touch. She also walked me though what she was doing. She didn't just do her work, but explained what she was doing. NICE! My insurance paid a large part of the chiropractor's fees, which was nice too. read more

I really like the Chiropracters in this office for their commitment to helping others. what is really bad and horribly disrespectful to their patients, is the whole office's nonchalant attitude over appointment times. I've booked 4 appointments. Each time I show up on time for my appointment. I wait 10 minutes in the front office berfore they take me to a room and then I wait at least another thirty minutes and sometimes 40 minutes more before someone comes in to address the appointment. It is chaotic, unmanaged and every patient has to wait at least forty minutes past the appointment time to get service! Poor aanagement at best ;just a plain disregard for the lives of others for the long unexplained idle time at the office. I have historically recommended this office to a number of folks. All have had the same experience! I can no longer support the flippant attitude that the patients time is not the concern of the chiropracters! Maybe this review will open their eyes to the fair expectations of the patients to be seen somewhere near the scheduled appointment time!!!!! read more

Dr. Pam is superb. A month ago, I went to her office in so much pain - my muscles hurt up and down my neck and back. After the first visit, I felt so much better, and after a few, my pain was gone. She is a gifted healer. Another thing I appreciate is that she is not pushy about setting up a 3x a week schedule. She recommends that you come back more often in the beginning, but you don't feel pressured or compelled. Her office staff is warm, her office has toys for the kids and is very kid friendly. You can always get in for a visit which is wonderful. Also, if it's your thing, Dr. Pam is very holistic. She can incorporate energy work into your treatment. I told her I had been trying to get pregnant for more than a year. She did some energy work on my stomach area during each visit, and gave me some suggestions about visualization. My husband and I have been going to Absolute for years and have always had a good experience. I see Dr. Pam and he sees Dr. Sandy. There treatments are similar but different... I sought out chiropractic care during pregnancy. I had terrible back pain that cause tremendous pain even while sleeping. I was referred by numerous people to see Dr.Pam. I left my first treatment in tears from relief of the pain. The treatment I received during my pregnancy was the one thing that made my last trimester so enjoyable. After the csection birth of my son and 4 months of colic I took my baby to Dr.Pam. She found he had very bad pelvic and leg movement. His neck was also very tight. She gently applied pressure to certain areas and fixed Lewis right up. He looked so peaceful while she worked on him. It's like he knew she was helping him. My son slept so good that night after his first adjustment. The next morning he was happier then usual. Just seemed he felt more comfortable in his body. Before when he would stand while I held him his feet wouldn't rest flat. Now when he stands he's more upright with feet almost flat and without being as wobbly. I'm just so impressed with chiropractic care. He doesn't mind tummy time now either. Our nursing session since his first treatment have been so ideal and what I thought nursing would be like. He is more relaxed and comfortable. Our nursing sessions are lasting longer and less pulling off. My only regret is I didn't take him as soon as he was born. Every baby should be adjusted after birth. Doctor Pam is the best!!!! My teenage daughter is now being treated as she is too blown away at her little brothers progress. read more

I first came to Absolute Chiropractic last December due to hip pain & my doctor recommended that I see a chiropractor. I had never used the services of a chiropractor before. What a wonderful experience I have had. When I came to Dr. Sandy, I had so much pain, I could barely walk & knew I wouldn't be able to work the next day. After my first adjustment, I felt so much better, much less pain & I was able to go back to working at my business, which is a very physical job. Dr. Pam is awesome!!! She helped put me back together when I was physically broken. She is definitely doing what she is supposed to be doing. She has a healing touch. She saw me 7 days a week and got me out of pain. Once I was out of pain she helped evaluate my active lifestyle and my workouts. Dr. Pam has consistently been a powerful and healing chiropractor for my entire family for 6 years. My husband, son (age 10,) daughter (age 7) and I all go together to get adjusted by Dr. Pam each week to maintain our good health. What I have noticed over the years is that our family stays solidly healthy year round, and when the kids have caught colds, they only last for a short time. My husband left his former chiropractor to join us at Absolute Chiropractic as Dr. Pam is excellent and takes a significant amount of time with each of us -- never rushes.
