This was my first time trying out the 4D massage the red light therapy and I've done many floats before. The massage chair was very interesting I still prefer the human touch but humans definitely can't apply as much consistent pressure as the chair. The zero gravity was extra fun! The red light therapy was enjoyable I came in with sore core muscles and actually feel a lot of relief. I did a 60-minute float and I actually fell asleep for the first time ever.
