I did one session of Cryo Skin on my midsection with Erica and it was amazing! I needed an extra little tightness below my bellybutton, and this treatment helped my confidence immensely. The moment I walked in I felt a sense of calm and ease coming over my body. The "guard dog" Yogi quickly brought me back to reality with his greeting. Thankfully he is friendly and LOVES attention. He is therapeutic in and of himself, but nothing compared to Erica! She truly is a GEM as other reviewers have said. Her attention to detail is second to none and I could immediately tell she was interested in doing what was best for my face and brows. I LOVED being there! The facial area was beautifully decorated and made me feel like I was back in Tulum at a wellness resort. The table/bed was super comfortable and the elevation for my legs gave my low back some much needed rest. Each step of the process was explained in detail. She was very clear on the benefits for each procedure she did to my face. I love steam! And the derma-plane had me looking like a newborn (dinner date's words, not mine). Day 4 and I am in a GREAT place emotionally!!! I had my first treatment on July 21. I followed the post instructions, drinking the gallon of water within 48 hours which helped me by body to flush out the dead fat waste and doing my sit-ups everyday. I went here for a brow lamination. At first they looked great but the next day some of my eyebrow hairs were gone. I called to talk to Erica about it and we played phone tag for a bit. I wasn't able to ever talk to her and honestly I don't think she really cared. I thought I would give her another try but this time just do a shaping and waxing of the brows. She must of blocked me because I have been unable to schedule an appointment. It's fine but I think she could have done better and make things right but I don't think she really cared. I love BrowBait! From start to finish Erica does a great job of walking you through the process and listening to what you're looking for in brow design. She's super meticulous about every detail during the measuring and drawing process and makes sure you're aligned before she goes ahead. If you're not, Erica is happy to make changes. I initially reached out with questions about whether my eyebrows (that have a line of scar tissue cutting through the center of my brow) would take well to microblading. Erica showed me some of her work with another client that had scarring on their brows and when I told her I'd like to come in person for her to see up close, she was more than happy to accommodate me. When I went to Erica's studio she took her time looking at my scar, feeling the texture, and even drawing the shape she would give me. She definitely instilled confidence in me for my first time doing microblading. So far I've gotten my initial application and touch up and am very happy with the turnout. I kept bleeding this time around and Erica even suggested I come back for another touch up if the strokes didn't take because of the blood so she could ensure I'm happy with her work. I am writing this review to attest to Erica's honesty and integrity. I went to see her to do some corrective of work from an original microblade 18 months ago. Erica spent 45 minutes examining my eyebrows and different ways to approach a correction before finally letting me know that she recommended I see another specialist for tattoo removal before she would be comfortable proceeding In order to get the best results. She didn't charge me for her time and I was really impressed that rather than take my money and make an attempt at a correction which may or may not give me the results I wanted, instead she deferred me to see someone else first so that she could start with a clean slate and do her best work.
