Over the past year, my skin had become increasingly dry, and I wasn't sure how to fix it. From the moment I arrived, Bridgett was incredibly sweet, patient and thorough. She took the time to go over my skincare routine, asked what was bothering me most about my skin and walked me through the entire HydraFacial step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment was very gentle and essentially painless. Even the extractions were surprisingly comfortable because she was so careful and gentle. I have to mention the facial, head, neck and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing and honestly better than some massages I've received at actual massage places. 10/10 would recommend Bloom Clinic and Bridgett. I'll definitely be coming back for more and recommending her to friends and family. Thank you so much Bridgett for such a pleasant first HydraFacial experience!

Monica is super sweet, funny, and incredibly skilled. I genuinely couldn't ask for a better esthetician. Scheduling is a breeze too - she responds fast and is so knowledgeable about everything. Truly the best! Thank you Monica!!

I've been coming to Essential Bella for several years for different treatments, including laser…read morehair removal, pigmentation treatments, and my under-eye concerns. My eye bags and dark circles have always made me look tired, even when I wasn't. I didn't want surgery or any dramatic changes. I simply wanted to look fresher while still looking like myself. Elizabeth completely understood and took a very gentle, conservative approach. The result is natural and subtle: I don't look different, just more refreshed and less tired. I'm very afraid of needles, but Elizabeth is gentle and precise, so the discomfort was minimal. My downtime was also very short and recovery is as fast as 3-4 days. What I appreciate most is their honesty. This is a caring family business, and they never pressure me into unnecessary treatments or try to upsell me. They genuinely take the time to recommend what is right for each client. I always feel well cared for and can truly trust Elizabeth, Nicole, Evelyn & Lisa and the entire team. Thank you so much again!

I have been searching half a year for a medspa and decided to give Essential Bella a try. It was…read morehonestly the best decision I've made to end the year! For the past year, I have struggled with trying to get rid of my acne scaring and improve the texture on my face. When going into Essential Bella, Evelyn greeted me with a warm smile and brought me to a private room. The room was clean, sterile, and well organized. She went over the procedure and made sure I was well informed before starting. First step was to numb my face, so she cleaned my face and then applied a numbing cream. I sat in that room comfortably for about 30 mins just scrolling on my phone while waiting for it to kick in. After that, Evelyn brought me to another room where she was going to start my procedure. She ended up doing extractions and then a chemical peel treatment. After that, she wipes it off and starts to microneedle. It was a smooth process and didn't really feel much. However, once the numbing cream wore off, I was really starting to feel it on one side of my face. It was only for the last two minutes. Afterwards, Evelyn put something cooling to help with the stinging sensation and handed me a small electric fan. The small fan felt so good, because my face felt like it was on fire! Once I was done, she told me some basic aftercare and shared the importance of using sunscreen 24hrs after the procedure. My face felt raw, tight, and on fire so had to use very gentle products after. 8hrs after my procedure, my face was pretty red, and I started to tolerate the pain. Later that evening I used a gentle face wash and cerave moisturizer. For the next few days, my skin started to peel and a lot of my texture had disappeared. Once it completely healed, my skin was glowy and my acne scars have lighted up. Just in time for Christmas eve festivities!! I look forward to my next micro-needle appointment with Evelyn! She's professional, informative, really kind, and has an amazing sense of humor. 10/10 recommend!!

I love Allumine. But I had such a great experience at here. The minute I called the team was so friendly on the phone and got me booked easily. I saw Nurse Carmen and let me tell you she was so sweet. I have done two sessions of facial balancing with her and my results look so natural. I love it! I would absolutely recommend Allumine to anyone thinking of getting treatments.

Disappointing Experience…read more I purchased a package that included 3 microneedling sessions and 3 under-eye Easy Gel sessions. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. One of my biggest concerns was the preparation for microneedling. Each time I went, my face was not properly cleansed or prepared by the staff before the treatment. Instead, I was simply handed a cleanser to wash my own face. The cleanser provided did not adequately remove my sunscreen, and during my second microneedling appointment, I ended up bringing my own cleanser and washing my face myself at the sink before the procedure. I have had microneedling done at other places, and they properly cleanse and prepare my skin before starting the treatment. For a procedure that involves creating tiny channels in the skin, I personally expect proper cleansing and preparation as part of the service. As for the under-eye Easy Gel, I personally did not see the improvement I was hoping for. The downtime was also longer than I expected. I understand that downtime can vary from person to person and that this part is not necessarily the provider's fault, but because I was unhappy with the results, I decided that I did not want to proceed with my third session. I spoke with the staff about canceling the remaining session, and I was told that when a client asks for something like this, they can no longer be seen at their location. Honestly, after my experiences there, I had already decided that I did not want to return, so being told that they did not want to see me was very disappointing and unnecessary. I do want to say that I liked Nurse Carmen and appreciated her personally. My issue is more with my overall experience with the facility and the way my concerns were handled. I paid for a package expecting professional treatment and proper preparation, and unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. I hope they take this feedback seriously, especially when it comes to properly cleansing clients' skin before microneedling and treating clients respectfully when they have concerns about a service.

It was so severe that it was on his face and neck and was painful! I found Dermal 911 on Yelp and decided to give Suzanne a try and she did not disappoint! I took him to Suzanne monthly for a facial treatment. He was good about using all the recommended skin products according to instruction. Finally, in the spring, his skin cleared up.
