There is an extensive questionnaire on first visit but it's to help both you and the waxer. I generally get my brows threaded but she used soft wax and there was no skin reaction that I tend to have. My visit was near closing, so there seemed to only be 2 staff there waxing.

It is always a pleasure to get serviced by her. & it never feels like a chore.
