Since then, I have been going in for regular sessions (lactic facial and microcurrent treatments) with Anita for several months, and it has truly made a difference in my skin. Anita is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in evaluating what the skin needs. I trust her recommendations because I see results -- both in the types of facials she suggests and the skincare products she recommends -- and I never feel pressured by her. I have been going to them for years, and I cannot believe I have never written a review. Kristine, who is the owner is the biggest sweetheart in the world. Her Swedish massage is a taste of heaven. I feel so relaxed and limber when I leave. I usually see Edward who does a deep tissue massage for me. I have scoliosis and a tight back and my job is very physically demanding. I look forward to my appointments with Edward because I know when I leave, I will feel like a new woman. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, and also suggest other stretching exercises I can do at home. You can tell that this is his passion. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and tranquil. Soft music is playing and there's a small shop to buy all your at home self-care items. They offer other services as well but I mostly get massages there. This is truly a treasure in Dublin. This was my first time coming in. Staff was super kind and loved the zen environment inside! I had one of the popular facial's and mentioned many times in online notes and in person that I needed concentration more on my extractions and exfoliating extra due to my recent acne breakouts. Unfortunately everything was done besides proper extractions at the sites I needed the most. Besides a suction tube for a few minutes. No one used any other extraction tools or even hands. I ended up even breaking out more after my appointment and still am a bit. Paid a good amount and didn't get a chance to solve the issue or see any improvements. I went in for Geneo-3-1 treatment. After getting started and cleaning my face , I was told they only had aggressive pods left in their stock and they don't suggest using those on the first tome users and offered me if I want to go for a Spa facial. Now I am not the person for spa facial. I told them the same as I specifically booked to get the Treatment. I asked I can come back later when they have mild/non aggressive pods for which they replied I will be charged for cancellation fees which is 50%. How unprofessional ? They did not care to check or inform me before my appointment about they are out of pods or even before getting started and then have audacity to ask for cancellation fees because they don't have the pods which can be used. Now paying 50% for no service is not better than having some unwanted service so I had no option but to go for spa facial. This is totally unprofessional. If they cannot perform any service they booked, they should inform the customer beforehand and in case they failed to do so, customer should not be asked for the cancellation fees for their own negligence. read more

After having 6 weeks of radiation treatments for breast cancer, the skin on my face and chest seemed different not sure if the radiation caused it to be extremely dry. My esthetician Anita Oberreiter is amazing! She is very gentle and knows exactly what my skin needed! After my facial treatment my skin had less wrinkles, looked firmer too and it was glowing and not from radiation( please excuse my joke I try to have more fun). My skin was rejuvenated from Anita's expertise and compassion. I plan on going once a month I wish I could go every single day!
