Francini has been very caring and informative since day one. I am 24 days post op, and we are working on reducing my inflammation. Everyday, I feel better and my inflammation has reduced significantly since I started seeing her. She focuses more attention on the most needed areas to relieve stress of lymphatic system, somedays we use a combination of a machine for the same reason. At this stage of my recovery, I do not have fluid draining out of incisions but my skin is normalizing and regaining sensation. I've been a client of Glenia since moving to the Concord area (nearly 3 years) and she is simply THE BEST! She is patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and super kind. She has mastered the craft of skincare and esthetics like nobody I've ever seen. I used to always get ingrown hairs before finding Glenia and since I started going to her for all of my waxing needs, I never get ingrowns. Waxing of the bikini area is a very intimate thing and Glenia has a way of making you feel super comfortable and relaxed. She also does amazing facials and eyebrows. I was scammed for 100$. I booked an appointment for my Post-OP surgery, a Lymphatic Drainage Massage+ "Machine" for 60 minutes. This was my first session after surgery and when I tell you I did not receive a massage, I DID NOT RECEIVE A MASSAGE. The lady that gave me my "massage" was named Francini, when I arrived I explained to her how I just received surgery 2 weeks ago and I needed a lymphatic drainage massage because I felt a lot of liquid retaining in my body. When she began my "massage" she was using ONLY HER FINGER TIPS not once did she use her hands to give me a thorough massage. It was not relaxing or soothing AT ALL. After she was done giving me a FINGER TIP MASSAGE that I DID NOT FEEL AT ALL, she began to start the machine that is supposed to stimulate my body but the machine was no better, not once did I feel anything stimulating. She continued to ask me if I felt anything and I explained to her no I didn't. She had no idea what she was doing, and she didn't even know how to put my faja back. I LEFT IN MORE PAIN THAN WHEN I CAME IN. As I was going to pay with my card she stopped and asked if I can pay with Apple Pay or ZELLE, I decided to pay with ZELLE not realizing she requested that form of payment so I cannot dispute her service through my bank. If I can give ZERO STARS I would. I DO NOT recommend you booking here for your POST-OP unless you want to throw 100$ away for a non massaged service. My 8 year old daughter could have done a better full body massage than this lady did. DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR YOUR POST-OP SURGERY!!! read more
