I've had sessions with three different therapists, and they've all been great, but Kelly's deep tissue massage is my favorite. She really knows how to work out the knots and tension and I always feel rejuvenated after my sessions. The place is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of care you get. I've become a regular and definitely plan to keep coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. My husband and I are loyal customers and…read morehave been coming here every single week for massages. I am 37 weeks pregnant, and instead of being treated with care and respect, I was treated terribly. The woman who answered the phone initially refused to book my appointment simply because I am pregnant. After she spoke with the manager, instead of apologizing for the confusion, she told me I would have to pay more just because I'm pregnant. This is completely unacceptable. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though I have been a regular customer for a long time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have never had this issue before. It seems that ever since there has been a new person answering the phone, the policies have suddenly changed, and customers are being given inconsistent and inaccurate information. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than this. Instead of valuing repeat business, they chose to make me feel like a burden because I'm pregnant. I will seriously reconsider returning after this experience and hope management addresses both the poor customer service and the way pregnant customers are treated.

She had other things in mind however and it became clear after a few minutes of her "therapy" that she was not in the least bit interested in doing any kind of massage, regardless of my circumstances. Not only was she not paying any attention to what I had told her but she had her phone planted right next to me on the massage table and her real focus was on chatting with somebody while she used one hand to rub my back and to get closer to my genitals. After a few minutes of this nonsense, I said "if you don't remove that phone this is going to be over." At which point she left the room, then returned to put my money on the table without a word and left again and that was it. I didn't even have an opportunity to leave her with some of my favorite Chinese expressions. But I did leave her a $1 tip which was at least a dollar too much.

She gave me a soft, weak massage, with the only purpose of enhancing my pleasure if you get my drift. She asked that I flip to my back, I did and she pointed and asked if I wanted "you know," I politely declined, and she spent about 15 more minutes on the remaining mediocre massage. I got dressed and was leaving when she stopped me and demanded a tip. Not wanting to start a confrinatation I gave her $10.00. she got mad at me, demanded more and went to get help from the boss. I left. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY.

She expertly warmed up, relaxed, and massaged my stressed muscles. Her bed is very comfortable and I wanted to talk through the massage so that I wouldn't sleep through it, but I found myself doing a little bit of both. Her regular massage is also wonderful. On my first visit I thoroughly enjoyed my normal pressure massage and requested that Cecillia visit my legs and arms in addition to my upper body. It was very soothing and I felt great afterward.
